Came in middle of day took awhile to get service at register then waited on my order then got hungry and wanted to sit and dine in to eat it then was told no indoor dining? What the heck? At noon? Remove the chairs and tables if thats the case thats insane surprised the place is even still open? Dominoes is 100 better and can happily dine in .. Get it together Pizza hut before shuts down...

I tried ordering online for over an hour with multiple failures and when I FINALLY called to place my order they wouldn’t take my order despite the online issue due to them no longer taking orders. Need better customer service and the ability to handle issues such as these.

Really don't deserve any stars at all! Y'all are literally like 3.6 miles down the road from me and y'all act like it's a big deal to deliver a pizza to my apt complex! Your CSR's computer froze up and the 2nd one sounds like she's fresh off the boat from China! She wasn't even sure if they delivered to my apartments either. She said it would take over an hour to get my pizza! And didn't sound real convincing if she could even take my order would have to check and call me back! Last year I worked across the highway from my apt complex and y'all acted like you couldn't deliver there either! Im NOT out in the Boonies! I'm in an Apt complex that has a Galveston address and is right where the Seawall ends even with the Diamond Condo Resort. What's so hard about that? I've seen people in my complex getting pizzas delivered. Go ahead and keep giving your business away to your competitors and you'll find yourself out of business!! Thanks for nothing!

Nasty floor, nasty windows. Janitor was sitting and on the phone. Cashier told us we couldn’t dine in while having empty tables this was all at 8 pm.

My wife and I are currently at John Sealy hospital 3 miles from this location. I ordered a pizza I was told it would be here in 45 minutes an hour later I call to find out that they don’t deliver to this location when were they planing on alerting me? Who knows I asked to speak with a manager and they hung the phone up. Absolutely ridiculous the way this was handled. Dominos will be called for any and all future orders and not just from this location Pizza Hut and their employees cannot treat people this way and expect them to ever want to come back.

Tried to order through the app and it didn't state that they couldn't deliver to the hotel I'm at. Then refused to refund the charge. I was denied food and my money back. If I had a way to get to the restaurant it wouldn't be a problem but I don't. If I could do zero stars I would. Never trying to order from this pizza hut again
