Fun river ride, not too expensive, safe for everyone to just sit and enjoy. It's nothing crazy, just enjoyable to sit and go along with.

We went last night for my nephews birthday. We showed up at 8ish the closed at 9 at least 16 of us. Efe waited on us by himself . He was amazing he never made us feel rushed was on top of our drinks and order . When we tried to leave bc it was after closing he stopped us made sure we sang happy birthday and enjoyed our cake. These 5 bubbles are for him completely. Not rating the food . Great Job !

Our hostess, Carmen, went way above our expectations to make my hubby's birthday unforgettable. This was our first time at any Rainforest Cafe and the food and service warrants a 10+. We loved everything and feel we made a new friend in Carmen!

Called 2days in advance with text notification of reservation. Got there and it wasn’t written down. Told them again it was for my son’s birthday and order the $20 volcano with surprise song. Waitress came over to ask if we wanted deserts and I said “ It was ordered” WINKING TO HINT and she had no idea what I was talking about. Then in front of my son had to tell her. The hostess never notified the server. My son is 24y but on the spectrum so when they came he was happy but it was very upsetting. The food was subpar and after $180 I got no apology from the manager or discount for the mess. Really disappointing since we came from MISSOURI to celebrate. Geese ?

Everything was great, except when I was grabbing a frozen lemonade with some family members on our way out. We asked the bartender whenever she was available we would like 3 but mid sentence of us asking for a to go cup, she poured it in a glass cup. Realized what we said. She just grunted at us then gave us attitude the whole time when paying & even after we were leaving.
Great for individual or group dining and any ages. Great food choices. Staff was extremely friendly

Don’t waste your money here, the wait times are ridiculous, people that were put on the wait list after us were seated before us. Not worth it at all!! The hostess was very very hard to understand as well.

We took our grandchildren for dinner. I made reservations in advance so we didn’t have to wait in the long line. Service was quick. The food is the standard fare for the chain. We had a volcano for dessert which was fun. We took the ride and enjoyed it as well.

Went to Rain Forest Cafe in Galveston 7/22/2023 on a Saturday so you know it was busy, but I had to come and write a review to let everyone know I had a great experience. I felt like the staff is what made it a great experience. Even with the restaurant and retail being so busy everyone I came across greeted me with a smile. I went to celebrate my birthday with my 2 kids. We had to wait an hour to be seated but with so much to do my kids were entertained the entire time. We rode he ride and they had an entertainer outside. Even my son got involved in the show. When they txt me my table was ready my kids were not ready since they were having a fun time. When we walk in the restaurant it was amazing and my kids loved it. Our waitress (Daneca I believe that was her name) was really nice and attentive. Even the restaurant manager (Carmen) was walking around and asked us and tables around us was everything ok. I had to get their names to let them know we do see and appreciate people like that when we go out to eat. They made sure we had a great experience and they definitely exceeded. We will be going back soon.
