Yummm!!! We loved everything we got. We got sausage calzone....delicious, the Italian calzone, the French dip sandwich and the baked potato soup. All were really good. The music was also awesome...must have been new edition Channel...we stayed in there extra and enjoyed the music. Great experience!!!

The cashier was the most rude and unhelpful person I have ever met. She would not help me with the menu, or chip selection. Very difficult to communicate and her answers were very short and curt.

The food was good but they didn’t give us our soup so we turned around and went back and the door was locked and nobody came to the window and we waited for 20mins we nocked on the window and doors and nobody came it was 2:00 on a Sunday

Had the absolute worst food poisoning of my entire life after eating at this establishment. Ordered a chicken Genoa sandwich and chicken avocado flatbread, woke up at 3 AM with terrible stomach pain, which led to diarrhea, and later terrible vomiting. Over the course of the night I vomited 4 times and had diarrhea 5 times, with both happening at the same time for a few episodes. Was so bad I just wanted to die on the spot.
Wish I had heeded the warning of the other bad reviews regarding poor cleanliness of this restaurant before eating here. It is a wonder how the health inspector hasn't shut this place down.

Ordered online. Got to counter and said do you have an order for Johnnie? The guy got my order from the rack handed it to me, turned around and went into the back. Never said one word to me. Nothing. I'm sorry if customers are interrupting your day. Will not go back to this location ever! When I walked out I said loudly - Thank you for choosing Schlotzsky's!

They forgot multiple parts of our order and when it was brought to their attention, they apologized, but didn’t offer to make it right. I was essentially over charged for what I actually received.
Tried to go thru the drive thru at 7:30 on a Friday night. No one ever came on mic to take out order. My husband drove to pick up window and tried to get an employees attention with still no success. Finally got out and went in as we had our dog with us. We should have drove away but was what we wanted. Upper management should really look into training and hiring practices as this location.

Schlotzkey's is a phenomenal deli chain serving a variety of sandwiches and pizzas. I've been going to this chain for decades, but this store only years ago, and this is a great store for quick and good service. Just remember that a large sandwich is not just large but truly massive, and the workers will remind you of that. A medium sandwich is what most would normally expect. Make sure to ask about what kind of chips they have!
