Tried to go thru the drive thru at 7:30 on a Friday night. No one ever came on mic to take out order. My husband drove to pick up window and tried to get an employees attention with still no success. Finally got out and went in as we had our dog with us. We should have drove away but was what we wanted. Upper management should really look into training and hiring practices as this location.

Schlotzkey's is a phenomenal deli chain serving a variety of sandwiches and pizzas. I've been going to this chain for decades, but this store only years ago, and this is a great store for quick and good service. Just remember that a large sandwich is not just large but truly massive, and the workers will remind you of that. A medium sandwich is what most would normally expect. Make sure to ask about what kind of chips they have!Parking: Very accessible and open parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Completely accessible.

Attention Management! This place needs your attention. Dirty restaurant. Door out of order. No ice. Seats ripped. Flies all over the drink area. Only one other customer other than ourselves so why aren’t the tables clean? Don’t bother coming here unless you like to get grossed out.

If you order curbside, good luck getting someone to bring it out. Both sandwiches I ordered were wrong. The bacon on my BLT wasn't even cooked! It was disgusting!
11am arrived Waited 15 mins drive thru… entire order of 11$ tax 8tax & 5$ equaled to 30$ & change…I requested no pork/bacon… got flat bread that was over cooked with bacon slices not pieces cooked hard into it 0/10

Just stopped by for dinner. The food was wonderful, the lady who checked us out was very friendly. The tables were dirty and we had to wipe one off. However my biggest problem was that the restaurant does not accept cash, they only take cards. I do not use credit cards and I am leary about using my debit card. We are here on vacation and we have run into this issue at several places. It definitely make think twice before coming back to Galveston.

We were down in Galveston, Texas visiting for the weekend and tried to stop by both locations in Galveston. We did not end up ordering there because the one on Saturday night wouldn’t allow us to come and order anything and they were not supposed to be closed yet and the second one on Sunday night had their doors locked and only drive-through and available they weren’t closed yet. I don’t see them staying in business much longer.
