I don’t understand why this place closes early all the time ! I feel super unsafe at this Sonic. There is the same homeless man everytime I go there. He comes right up to my car and bothers me asking for money. In the world today, it is really scary having a stranger come up to me like that. The management need to do better about not letting their customers get harassed. Especially at 10 at night.

I got a $4.74 drink look at my charge this morning on my bank and they charged me$10.81.That is stealing ! Unbelievable! So I guess they charge whatever they want when they take your debit card.

Pulled up to stall at 10:35 just to be told to go to drive through when I proceeded to go to the drive-thru I'm waiting there 45 minutes with no response to take my order when a lady walked out to smoke a cigarette seen I was waiting to place my order wave me to the window got up to the window just to be told they been stopped taking orders I told them I was waiting in drive-thru to place my order she said that she was not going to take my order that she has stopped taking orders I asked her don't you close at 12:00 and she says bye super unprofessional and will not be back

I am a door Dasher trying to earn money and make it by surving for my family anyway I can. I was at Sonic on Sunday picking up a order and homeless person tried to step in front of my moving car and wildly flinging his arms to get me to roll down my window or get out, you hear reports of car jacking and people shooting other people I was scared as I tried to get around him. The homeless at your restaurant is scary and I want to report it to manager. Many customers and door dashers Uber eats ect who are trying to work by picking up at your restaurant shouldn't have to deal with this .......

Bad service didn’t even bother to take our orders one men sitting outside ignores us rude disrespectful these workers are trash. This sonic should be taken down immediately!!!! As a first time visiting Galveston I’m disappointed 😔

Placed an online order for drinks and once we got here it took a very long time to get our order. Busy part of the afternoon and only 1 carhop is working

The service was slow and the woman was beyond rude and acted like we was a bother to them for spending cash and she had to go back and get our change. The food was not hot and fries was NASTY . Oh and not sure what the deal was but no onions on any of our burgers ??.

Cannot give a review of anything but service, which was non-existent. On a Friday at 2:30 I pulled into stall 20, pressed the service button and waited for my order to be taken. And waited. And waited. After about 5 minutes I was thinking if it takes this long just to acknowledge my existence, how long would the order take? So I left. Sad part is the car hops lost out on $$ since I usually tip pretty good.
