I have been to this location multiple times and have had bad experiences on multiple occasions, first my soda was flat then they gave me burnt fries and just today they gave me a sonic blast that had a big whole in the middle and covered and tasted weird

Very gross and unsanitary,hardly any speakers work and management just stands outside chain smoking instead of cleaning up nasty dirty restaurant today a year later swung by and after waiting 15 minutes over pick up time on doordash I left without order because they took that long totally disgusting workers having friends hang out talking/half the microphones dont work/parking lot is trashed/management down right sucks and it looks very unsanitary how is this business still open ???????? Totally fits in with the disgusting way galveston has become

The outlook on the ocean front is amazing, but unfortunately, I ordered one drink and it took longer than 20 minutes to get to the drive-up order spot. I definitely will give them another shot, but I had to leave for work after that and didn't have time to wait.

Came to order food this morning at the stall. Pressed button and nobody ever answered so I pulled through window to order. Hispanic man took my order then complained it would take 10 minutes to warm up the coney island I wanted. Told him I would wait and he made it reluctantly. If you go here make sure to only order what they feel like making. Please don't inconvenience them to do their job.
My usual quick stop! Moved here 1.5 years ago and have been to both locations on the island this location is the best in my opinion. Sure, there are days where things are slower but usually they are super fast and friendly. I usually order ahead and pick up for faster and smoother service
