My wife and I have been to to several venues in The Spot and had a fine time, but our experience at Squeeze last night was awful. We waited 15 minutes for someone in a polo shirt (manager?) asked if we had been helped, and asked how long we had been waiting. The bartender brought us waters and menus a few minutes later, and our waitress finally showed up about 5 minutes later. We ordered drinks and an appetizer (that never came) and even though we told our waitress we were ordering food she didn't come back for over 20 more minutes to get our food orders. When we received our food I told the employee who delivered us our food that we never received our appetizer, and he said he would ask a manager to remove it. As we were sitting and waiting we watched other tables being greeted, and receiving drinks and appetizers within 10 minutes of arrival. When we received our check it still had our appetizer that never arrived, and when I told the waitress she said "I'll take it off." She did not apologize, nor did she have a manager speak with us. Having many years of food service experience myself I could not believe how terrible our service was with no apology or explanation from anyone.

0 stars if I could. Last night I was here with a few friends, enjoying the night and scenery. I am 7 months pregnant and simple enjoying my time away from home. The bartenders upstairs judged me by making remarks in front of my friends as if we weren’t standing right by the bar able to hear them. They made us feel so uncomfortable that we just left. This is rude and unprofessional especially in a tourist area. Please train your staff on appropriate hospitality regardless of their personal opinions.

My friend and I both got a HORRIBLE case of diarrhea and vomiting (followed by severe dehydration) after having one of their frozen margaritas with strawberry syrup. We know it was from this drink because it was the only thing we both ate/drank while in Galveston, and we got sick the same night. We are medical students and our best guess is that it was E. coli or salmonella from not properly cleaning the frozen margarita machine. We will never be returning (and will probably never be able to order a frozen margarita again, sad!) and urge others to use caution when ordering.

Super hot day, super busy place and only two employees who busted their hineys to keep customers happy! Good service, tasty fresh food! I had Blackened tacos - fish was soft and flaky and the food was sooo yummy I ate too much! My lunch date had fish n chips he said was very favorable, not too breast snd not greasy. Would certainly come back here again !
