I dont really go to this location in particular but the 2 times I went. My coffee didn't taste good at all I took the order to go and my mistake was not trying it right away since I got one for me and my coworker I wanted to wait. I got 2 mocha frappe. And they were so sour. Idk if they put WAY too much coffee or what but it wasn't even good. I didn't even finished mine. Disappointing 😞

Almost every time I order a hot drink they make it with ice probably about every other time. They have someone working there they either can’t read the order ticket or just doesn’t care. I am done with this location and will never order from here again, I am done. They are terrible. On top of that I wasted tip money on tipping the delivery driver for something I won’t even drink.Just terrible. I’ve called them so many times complaining and it doesn’t change a thing.

This is the busiest Starbucks and the workers are beyond super stars. Happily paid for our order and $10 tip. They deserve so much more.
Memories of Starbucks #1 in Seattle where no one is allowed to sit, stay or speak....get out and go see the City, they're busy enough.

If you value yourself at all, please stay far away from this location and go to a local cafe or coffee shop for MUCH cheaper.
The service is at a snail's pace and horrible to boot, there's only 1 or 2 workers at a time, and by the time you get your drink, you could go to Pluto and back.
And that is ALL assuming that your drink order isn't the wrong size or incorrectly made in any way, but you should expect that to happen.
Please save yourself the trouble and stay far away from Starbucks. You'll thank yourself.
