I can’t recall the lady’s name, but she was the short older blonde lady with tattoos on her arm and glasses. If I can remember her name was rose and she was the lead barista. Terrible service. I asked if she could swap my drink out because I hadn’t liked mine. When I asked she had a bad attitude which I apologized to her for the inconvenience and she didn’t say anything. I ordered the eggnog latte which was $6.25, I asked if she could swap it for the caramel brulee latte which was also $6.25. She claimed they were different prices (they are not) then when she finished my order it looked nothing like the caramel brulee latte as the one in the photo. It didn’t even have the sprinkled topping as advertised and looked completely rushed with the ice to coffee ratio insane. Do better.

I was having a terrible morning, walked in to grab some coffee when I was greeted by Ayanna, I had a bit of an attitude and was a bit rude but she handled everything with grace and patience, very kind person. Will be back at this location often!!!

Worst Starbucks I've ever seen. Repeatedly have problems here, but whatever, I wouldn't keep coming to this specific location if I cared about customer service. Idc about customer service as long as my stuff gets made, and it's on the way to work. We don't have to be friends, Rude Starbucks Barista. Neither of us want to be here.
But today the sour-faced barista gave me a flat white that was half coffee and half very oversteamed milk foam, and when I told her I was missing most of my coffee (that's the part that has the caffeine in it, you know) she said "it's a flat white, that's how it's supposed to be." I told her no, boo, it's not, I get one every day (flat whites use microfoam in the same ratio to coffee as a latte, but she seemed simple-minded so I didn't explain that in case it confused her further) and she raised her voice to an odd pitch and said "OKAY, WELL, I CAN FILL IT UP WITH MORE STEAMED MILK IF YOU WANT." Which is a pretty insane response. I got a refund through the app since she refused to remake it and I didn't have time to convince her to let me teach her how to make a flat white, which could have been a beautiful journey for the both of us. I could learn the patience of teaching a difficult, stunted person a valuable skill, and she could learn how to interact with the public. Alas, this was a dream not meant to be.
Bizarre interaction. She was probably mad I interrupted the conversation she was having with two people hanging out by the pickup counter. My bad, Rude Starbucks Barista. Godspeed in your journey to find a job where you don't have to speak with anyone, for all our sakes.

On 10/21/2024 at 10 am there was a brunette barista just yelling at customers in a rude manner. If you’re a manager reading this review then you need to take appropriate actions against her. She’s scaring away customers and the experience here is 1 out of 10. There is another employee who served egg bites which wasn’t even cooked. What a nightmare. Dont go here. This is a Starbucks inside Kroger. Go to a proper Starbucks place.
