Scary! My friend and I brought our laptops with us. We sat near the front, and a local told us to go sit at the back, that the place frequently got hit by people just walking in and grabbing your stuff and running. So, we moved to the back and a guy came in and was on the phone very obnoxiously and then started asking me and my friend questions. The sandwich was overcooked. Not a great experience.

Waited 20 minutes for our order and the blonde lady kept saying the machine was down… until a nice man checked on us and told us that the order had been wiped when they reset the system…. We got our order shortly after that. Knowing now that the lady just gave us some excuse instead of checking on the actual order, tells you her level of customer service.
