Scary! My friend and I brought our laptops with us. We sat near the front, and a local told us to go sit at the back, that the place frequently got hit by people just walking in and grabbing your stuff and running. So, we moved to the back and a guy came in and was on the phone very obnoxiously and then started asking me and my friend questions. The sandwich was overcooked. Not a great experience.
Completed a mobile order through the app. When I got to the drive through, I was told they were going to get started on it. Isn't the point of a mobile order to have it ready when I arrive? I had ordered it 25 mins prior because I know how busy this drive thru is. When I got to the windows the lady was pretty rude. Will not be going back to this one on my return to Galveston
Tables and chairs, no 'sitting area' with comfy chairs like most Starbucks. The baristas were polite, but not real friendly, which was fine, but the cold brew was sub par.
