Not impressed at all, slow employees were standing around talking and messing with each other the whole time I was in there! I waited for 40 minutes to get a venti vanilla bean frappe and another 10 for a slice of banana bread! I don’t recommend coming unless you have a whole day free to just sit around waiting for a simple drink.

Its 7:32pm and the girl just came to the door to say shes closed with 5 of us trying to purchase something and locked the door on us but it clearly says they close at 8:00pm. That's ridiculous. I hope they let her go for closing early.

Places to avoid in the coming year. The Starbucks inside the Randall’s grocery store in Galveston.
What a joke! Slow as mud, my coffee tastes watered down, and the worst part was the two baristas were talking to their friends and working even slower.
One woman gave her friend her password to get the employee discount at the register for groceries, which I’m sure is frowned upon by Randall? Yes? Makes you wonder how many people she’s given it too.
The baristas don’t look at you when talking to you. Well me at least, not sure about everyone else. I asked for a coffee with cream. She asked: “Is half and half all right?” I didn’t know there was anything else….hmmm. I know there is, however, half and half has always been referred to as cream when talking about coffee.
So I won’t go back. There are other coffee shops in and around Galveston.
Good but the lady walk over there very bad
The service was garbage. No line, we show up and other people get their drinks behind us. If they played less, maybe they wouldn’t be so bad.

excelente servicio y todo delicioso
Nice friendly staff, order is always made to order and fresh. Overall customer service is always phenomenal.
Don't really like coffee personally but the other drinks that I tried were good.
Was glad to see they were offering more coffee options than the normal Pike Place, when you go in the afternoon. The coffee from being in a Thermos was not as hot as it should be.
