Walked in and took a while till we were greeted and we were the only ones in there. The order was a simple chicken and cheese and it was burnt tasting.

I don't know how a shop owner or manager could keep the personnel at this store. Really, really rude (can't post the word on here), but you get what I mean about the female staff member that barely served me. And the shop was empty, and apparently had been for most of the day. Go figure. I'm not going back, either.

I ordered online tonight 2 footlongs cold cut combos. Neither sandwich cut in half. Ordered a Chicken avocado ........bread broke apart before I could even EAT IT!! When I ate it....nothing but Mayonnaise and Mustard.
I don't even think it had chicken in it This meal was gross tonight!!!!
Whoever this young Mexican man was ....retrain him or get rid of him!!!!

Ordered online and when I arrived the employee said they were out of that kind of bread and was just waiting the whole time until I arrived lol. Huge inconvenience. Lot of people waiting for their pickup order too.
During the ordering process this location was out of most sandwiches so there must a supply chain problem here.

I just got lunch there today and when I told the first guy at the counter that I have a dairy allergy and asked if he could please change into a clean pair of gloves he was SO kind and even washed his hands before putting new ones on. He was awesome! However, the second person (a woman) my sub got handed off to at the counter was not great. When I asked if she could please change her gloves because of my allergy, she stopped, stared at me with a look, and said āno offense, but Iām only touching cucumbers over here. Iām not touching no cheeseā with a scowl. I pointed out that the sub she just touched before mine was cheesy bread and the inside had cheese all over it, making her gloves contaminated. She still tried to argue with me that sheās not touching any cheese but eventually after continuing to ask her to please change gloves she hastily did so. I work in food serviceāit literally takes 5 seconds to change gloves, but fighting with a customer about an easy accommodation to avoid triggering an allergic reaction and a trip to the ER takes a whole minute and is rude, unsafe, and unacceptable at a food establishment that advertises being allergen friendly. The woman who checked me out (I believe the manager) was also very nice like the first guy! Please train your staff on food contamination and food safety practices to avoid fighting with future guests who just donāt want to die eating a silly sub sandwich.

Lady working tonight 7/14 at 9:30pm was under portioning sandwiches and when called out doubled down. 2x cheese means 4 pieces on a 6inch and 8 on a foot long- she told me I was wrong and offered to charge me money to get what I should have already received. This location, after 3 months, does have soda finally but their entry door is broken now.

I have weird cravings for Subway and I get the same sandwich every time I ask for an insane amount of pickles I never get more than five. I go in and I asked for more pickles. She rolled her eyes at me and put them back. I ordered online and asked in the comment section for an insane amount of pickles. I think I got less pickles and if you were to ask for them in the store⦠Iām not asking for a lot. I go in there. Sheās on her phone on speakerphone Like Iām bothering her that Iām even coming in there asking for a sandwich. And then oh my God for pickles extra pickles I ruined her day apparentlyā¦. Listen, Iām a subway connoisseur I need this to be fixed Like yesterday!!!!!
