Horrible service..workers behind the counter have no costumer service experience I got a large drink that tasted watery I let them know ..and I asked the worker that was not tasting good and if she can not charge me for it ..she insisted not to refund my money back so absolutely will not go back to that location .. Subway MGMT please teach your workers that having that attitude will not win costumers and worst advertisement is the word of mouth..total disappointment.

Whoever owns the franchise should be made to sale or Subway pull their license. How is it even possible that they can run out of their must popular sandwich meat? Absolutely zero excuses for a company the size of Subway with their most popular sub for them to say sorry we don’t have that. Either fire the manager who orders the product or pull the license of who owns it. No wonder this place has a 2.9 rating when all the others have a higher rating.

They keep the bathroom locked and when I got management to let me in there was a huge spider crawling. Then the employees didn’t give us what we ordered! Every table was dirty and needed cleaned. They appeared to to not speak English, but yet did to another employee. Fountain drinks were watered down. Will not be back

We had a pick up order and we showed the person who was working the phone for the info of the order. He gave us the wrong order. Plus they didn't even try to have conversation or gave us napkins. And when we asked, they only gave 3.

The two people working at this place moved in slow motion (maybe in reverse motion)…I’m a long-time Galveston resident & I will NEVER spend my money at this establishment again! Never mind, I will not recommend this place to my local friends or visitors! Seriously SUBWAY get people to work at your establishment who want to serve customers instead of people whose main goal is to piss people off by remarkably poor customers service! I swear these two were delighted by making customers wait way too long for a simple sub! I was in front of a UPS DRIVER who obviously didn’t have tie to waste but h didn’t hav a choice!

Probably the nastiest Subway on the island, the ingredients did not look fresh. They all looked old and withered. I was crunch for time, so I still got a sandwich. An hour later I’m sitting with diarrhea. I don’t know if the kid didn’t wash his hands or what but he was rude so i didn’t really even matter. All the restaurants surrounding the subway are also bad ( kritikos Pizza Hut, tortuga, witch is closed down) so it does not surprise me the state this Store was in. I would just hold tight and go to the one up the road.

I hate writing bad reviews because nothing is truly that bad but this, oh THIS was bad. I got off work at 3:00 was there by 3:05 and didn’t get out of this subway till 3:50…. It wasn’t that the line was long because there was only one person infront of me. The person making the sandwich’s didn’t know any English and moved with 0 and I mean ZERO purpose. Wasted almost an hour of my life waiting for a sandwich could have been home and back but no. Horrible

We came at 9:27. The place closes at 10. The lady inside says it’s too mad they are closed because he already cleaned up. This was tonight, March 15. A Saturday. Unacceptable when we drove all the way here to order food.

workers at this location don't seem to understand the English language very well.
i don't have any issues with people speaking other languages. usa is supposed to be a melting pot.

but these 2 were so rude. i was trying to pick up a Doordash order for a customer & they could barely understand what i was saying. once they finally understood, they were so rude after finally completing the order.

I asked the sandwich toasted and the chicken was still cold. Some of the vegetables looked fresh other stale. While checking out there was a small roach next to the wall the cashier machine was at. I was hungry and decided to pay anyway. Soda machines just had straight fizzy water, except the Fanta. I found out on the third try. I’m not going to return here again. Hopefully I don’t get sick, safest thing i had there was the bag of chips.
