The food was fresh. Customer service was great. Wonderful atmosphere, tables were clean but not one table had a few small crumbs—-could have used a touch up but still was not foul. I just am picky when it comes to eating at restaurant tables. But this minor infraction did not change my eating—-I still stand on a firm 5 stars for atmosphere.

Blt with mayo means bacon lettuce and tomato with mayo. In what universe does a loaf of bread with a few stripes of cold bacon equal a sandwich? At least throw in the LT before wrapping it up.

I used DoorDash. I ordered a tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomato. I got a lettuce and tomato sandwich with tuna. 6 inches of meat spread across 12 inches.

I guess the main issue is the staff just can’t listen properly.
Started off fine, the wait was kind of long but not crazy, after I put on my toppings I said ‘That’s all’ and the lady threw ranch all all over the sandwich. When I looked and then weird and said ‘hey wait what’ they tried to scrape the ranch off of the tuna, and ignored me trying to tell them no. When they were putting on the toppings again they put the wrong ones and I kind of lost my appetite as well patience so I told them never mind, sorry, I don’t want the sandwich anymore.

Then they didn’t understand and completely remade it after we walked forward to pay for our other sandwiches. We asked them to take it off as we told them earlier we didn’t want it, they finally did but they gave us the messed up sandwich instead of the ones we paid for. Thankfully we double checked, because the tuna was cold and the turkeys were toasted- we asked the employee at the register if it was right and they just shrugged and said ‘I don’t know’.

I don’t know why the hell she put ranch in it. I don’t know how they put the unwanted sandwich in the bag and left out the good one. No apologize, no comments, just annoyed looks.

I put in an order on the app and it did the "Received" "Building" "Ready" status updates. So I go to the location to get my order and the lady behind the counter eventually manages to communicate to me (language barrier) that their internet is down so they never got my order, despite the app putting on that show of receiving and building my order. I show her the order and that it was paid for, but she act's completely lost, tells me it was refunded to my card (it was not) and basically dismissed me. I had to go back on the app reorder everything and pay again because my original order is still showing as active on the app with no option to cancel or speak to customer service. After today I'm done with Subway.
