We almost had to seat ourself since no one ever came to seat us but just as soon as I grab a couple of menu's someone came and seated us. It was at the very end on the Bike Rally (Sunday evening) and I guess they had been busy all weekend. Most businesses prepare themselves for this so it was not really a good excuse to leave customers standing there for as long as we did because we could have easily walked out.

We finally got seated and we sat there for about 10 min before someone asked us if we had been waited on. We finally got our drink order in and had to wait about 15 min before they got to the table. Food took just as long and was really nothing to write home about. It tastes just like every other Mexican food around EXCEPT the salsa, it tasted like a watered down picante sauce.

The only positive thing I personally appreciated was the fact our waiter came to the table more than once to apologize for everything being slow or confusing.

Will we return? Probably not because there are SO many other places to try!

This is our go to for Tex-Mex on the island. Hands down the best Mexican food in Galveston. The fajitas are my personal favorite. The chicken is fresh and not frozen, and seasoned perfectly. Enchiladas are also ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Try the guacamole!!

After a long day at the beach we had five starving and tired small kids (and adults) looking for dinner. I have never gotten seated and our food served so fast! The kids didn’t even have time to start whining for my phone before they were happily munching on tacos and fries. They handled our numerous allergy questions and requests with patience a smile. The food was wonderful and more affordable than similar spots in the area. Looking forward to our next visit!

Dietary restrictions: Lots of dairy free options but they do use soy oil for frying.

Kid-friendliness: Got our kids food out fast! And ours was close behind.

Our waitress was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was awesome. I loved that it’s right off the strand and you feel like you’re part of everything that’s going on. Very fun!
The food was fresh, but we just didn’t care for the flavor of the chicken enchiladas. The salsa is more like tortilla soup flavor than a Texmex type, which some people really like it comes out warm. The queso was good. The children’s menu items looked like they were straight from the freezer so that wasn’t very appetizing.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. I had the lunch beef fajitas with the best refried beans I've ever had in my life. The rice is fantastic as well. Tasted like it was cooked in chicken broth. Also had chips and guacamole. The chips tasted homemade and the guacamole was seasoned perfectly and so fresh. Our waiter Greg R was friendly and made me feel welcomed and answered all the questions I had. Overall, the prices weren't bad. The only thing I found strange is the fajitas are priced by quarter pound, half pound, and pound. Have never seen this before. I recommend that anytime you are in Galveston to eat here. You will not be disappointed. Next time I'm in Galveston I will be eating here again.

As the name would suggest, the margaritas were excellent! I’d go again next time I’m in Galveston. Special on Fajitas para Dos at happy hour was great food at an excellent price.
