Went to the spot today. Been going there for probably 15 years. Walk in with my dogs wanting a seat on the outer rail so the dogs wouldn’t be in the way. The waitress said her name was Stephanie was like ok you can set here witch was an inside table wasn’t ideal but not her fault. So she says I need a card to take your order. It seemed odd but I said maybe they changed things. After placing my order she say we walk through here I was like you seen the dogs luckily someone was moving off the rail I asked to change tables. As I am waiting on my food I see a lady pulling out her credit card to pay. I asked my new waitress if they required a card upfront. She said yes but she doesn’t do it. FYI I didn’t like the way that looks!!!

We visited this restaurant and ordered a milkshake for my daughter right when we sat down. Over the course of our visit, we had to ask five different staff members about it, and each time we were told something different—or nothing at all. No one seemed to know what was going on, and it was apparently too difficult for anyone to figure out how to get it to our table.
Eventually, a manager came over, but unfortunately, they were unprofessional and dismissive, and we still never received the milkshake. No apology, no follow-up—just food dropped off with zero service after that. It felt like once they had our money, that was the end of the interaction.
What’s even more frustrating is that this was not the first time we’ve had this exact issue here. Clearly, there is a pattern of poor service and mismanagement. It feels like a bunch of kids are running the place with no supervision or accountability.
We will not be returning, and I would strongly suggest others look elsewhere. There are plenty of places that care about service and getting your order right.
