We love Italian food, which we have experienced in several regions of Italy. We are also fans of the Sicilian-American food in our hometowns of Boston and New Orleans. In all instances, I appreciate that Italian food uses the best ingredients, often simply and skillfully prepared. Thus, we were disappointed when the special of the day was Chilean sea bass, especially when the bounty of the Gulf of Mexico was practically at the restaurant's doorstep. There is no lack of skill...
The food is always good, with daily specials added that are always different. It's beer/wine only, but with a good selection. It's definitely one of our “go to” places in Galveston!
The food was fresh, and authentic. Try the octopus appetizer!!!! Waitstaff was so nice and helpful with menu. Great wine selection. We will definitely be making this a regular dining choice.
