Last several times I have gone...very disappointed. Burgers not fully cooked...chicken cooked in either old grease or shrimp grease. No longer have kid burgers only sliders.

The food was good! But management is racist to the fact that black people were singing and having fun. Singing and dancing doesn't mean you are drunk in the black community. We were kicked out because we were singing and having fun.. It wasn't a problem as long as we were paying and tipping. Manager Matas and Taylor need extra training when dealing with the other race

Went yesterday for dinner . Had the worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life . The waitress took forever to take our order because she was preoccupied with playing on her phone behind the bar , eating fruit from a cup of, talking to other lazy waitresses, and hiding in the bathroom . She let my husband’s drink go empty so long that the ice melted into water . She literally got him one refill after we got our food . It’s so disappointing because the foods great the service though is much to be desired . Saw a manager walking by many times too and they never stopped by table either to ask how service was or if we needed anything . So I guess you can’t expect the waitstaff to do their job if the manager won’t . This experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth .

Our lunch experience was fine, but we got a key lime pie to go and for some reason they put a strawberry sauce on the bottom of the black to go box. Thankfully I smelt the sauce before I just randomly dove in because I’m high allergic to strawberries.

I'll be honest I have ate here for over 2 decades. I came today with my girlfriend and we are very disappointed and don't think I could ever return due to our food and it's lack of fish for her snapper tacos and my ultra thin, microscopic patty. this place used to be known for thick juicy burgers. and I did not order the smashburger I ordered a new burger on Texas toast and it is horrible. it had the tiniest Patty I've ever seen in my life it may have weighed a 16th of an pound. and the Texas toast was regular white bread look like Mrs Baird's with lightly toasted it was still as wide as the color of the napkins on the table. the spot has really gone downhill and I do not recommend it to anyone it is turned into too big of a place where they cannot take pride in the cooking anymore. smh. I'm so irritated with my experience and I hope they get it together. rant over

Just had an absolutely awful experience here. After putting our order in and paying for it we still didn't have our order after 90+ minutes of waiting on a Monday at lunch time.
The kitchen staff seemed absolutely lost and the manager was clueless. Once our food finally came out it was cold.
Not lukewarm but COLD. My wife's order was also completely wrong. Our food had clearly been sitting for more than 30 minutes and they were just letting things pile up and delivering food to whoever was actively complaining. This was a really awful experience and we for sure will never come back.

We have spent a lot of meals at @TheSpot and the most consistent item is service, drinks and food quality. It’s a great reminder of quality service with Jackie Romero, quick table checks and service with a smile. Hard to come by these days.

We have have coming here several times a year, since our first date in 2021. We have always enjoyed a fun and welcoming environment, as well as the best margaritas on the island.
As such, we were appalled to have such lackluster service and terrible drinks on our wedding day! We arrived a little before 11am, but didn't mind waiting until they opened. After having a seat, with our party of 5, we advised our server that it was our wedding day, and we're looking forward to some good drinks and good memories. Zero response from the server... Nothing.
Attempted to order a large premium margarita, with our choice of tequila (which used to be an option), was told that's not how is works anymore, only the "house margarita" is available in large. That's fine, ordered the standard size, on the rocks.
Literally the worst margarita I have ever had... Barely able to choke it down due to the extreme sourness.
I doubt we will ever return.
Thank you for ruining what we had hoped would be an amazing wedding day memory.

While ordering from this establishment, I ordered delivery. Quite amazed they would deliver to be, my dearest Paloma walked from Galveston to my front door in Florida. I sadly had gotten the beaches wrong, oops. Sadly, she forgot my drink, so I made her walk back, tasted a little uncoordinated. But I can forgive her because she fixed my kitchen sink while she was there, an prepared lunches for my kids the next day. Do I regret only tipping $3? No. She should've walked quicker... Very delicious, normally I enjoy REAL MEAT, not this fake stuff but this new plant based idea is incredible, I even asked for seconds.The liberals win this one ☝️. The owners were beautiful lovely young ladies ?. Will definitely come back to this establishment. Even asked for takeout ??

This place was absolutely disgusting. However, Paloma, the owner, was what caught my attention. Her eyes showed her sweet soul and I knew she had to be alongside me. I have currently attended this establishment 186 times just to see Paloma. The Patties are aight tbh.
