After going to UTMB hospital my family and I visited the Waffle House in Galveston. It was awful! Not only did the service need improvement but some guy that worked there came outside and started being very rude and wanted to argue with myself and my family! Will not be back!!!!!!

I was having a hard time ordering on my budget. Because I haven't been to waho in over twenty five years. That is a good chef that is a good hometown chef, don't lose that guy. I would have walked out if it wasn't for him. Understanding and trying to respect his server, but he turned over and he said, I'm going to start an All Star for ya, I said that would be great. Thank you, please cook everything the way you want to cook it and he did and he takes good care of your server too. I cooked in 4 star restaurants.For most of the beginning of my life , and I would hire that guy in the heartbeat.
