The hostess, who seated us spent some time asking us if we would prefer to be inside or outside and gave us several points to consider about sitting outside. Two of us split the salmon dinner and added a large salad. The salmon was moisture flaky. All in all and excellent experience.
We love Waterman's! Never disappoints. The MOST comfortable seats EVER! Food was excellent. Service was good. Overall, it was a great dining experience for our large group.
Our server John was wonderful! The bar and the kitchen were a little slow. We were overall very happy with your restaurant and this is our 2nd time.
The food was great. Everyone had a different entree & loved it. We'll be back & recommend it to friends.
The last two times my family had dinner together here, the food service was slow. You can see the food read to be put on the table sitting and becoming cold.
Party of 6 with reservations. Not utensils at table had to ask. Had to wait on wine glasses to get served our drinks. Meals came out piecemeal and then they charge 22% mandated large party tip. Not a good experience. We have been to Watemans a lot over the years one thing is always the same. Inconsistency.
Great dinner with nice views. We had the shrimp cocktail and then split the redfish. Pricey menu but atmosphere makes it worth it. My only disappointment was that my husband and I ordered 2 la marca champagne's by the glass which were brought out with the individual split bottles which is nice bc it ensures freshness. They came with glass champagne glasses. When I ordered a second glass of the same it came in a plastic champagne flute and was prepoured with no split bottle given and I am not sure it was even La marca. It was also not cold. I inquired about it and was then brought another split to use with my original glass champagne flute. To me for a place like this that's a pretty big mistake. For the prices and everything else this was not acceptable. The waitress was very nice and did apologize but really hope they don't make this mistake in the future. A nice restaurant should provide consistent service and have PLENTY of real champagne glasses for indoor use.
Sooo great.

I went there for the first time and didn’t know what to expect, but I really enjoyed the place. The food was excellent and fresh and the view was amazing. This place is located on the water and you can see the sun set pretty clearly.
We had dinner on our first night in town and had such a great time, we came back for lunch the next day. The food is OUTSTANDING! The employees and even the manager were very nice, made sure we had everything and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!!

The issue where the food was, they were completely out of crab meat, which was either the mail or a enhancement to another entrée. So a good portion of the menu they couldn't serve.
As you walk in, there's a sign to your left that says to go upstairs if you're to dine in. They do have an elevator for the elderly or handicapped so this is a plus. (Considering you might have to go back down to dine!) Going out the elevator upstairs you are somewhat behind the host station and have to swing around to confront them properly for a table. (This can easily become congested and problematic) No one is waiting for you, so it might take a minute. They do have memorabilia to glance over as you wait though at this counter as well as to your left when you enter the building. The kitchen area is in plain view upstairs. It's quite noisy. Service was ok. If you happen to have a boat they do have staff available to assist with docking and fueling at the immediate slips available behind the restaurant and a boat launch for your watercraft. I'm unsure of the details. The upper deck has a scenic area to dine from and can walk out on that's caged off so small kids can't fall through and are able to dine at the end of as well. (Be cautious with your items on the main dining section of upper deck. Phones and paper menus can fall from the tables and slip out the bottom of the railing into the water below!) They do have a lunch menu upon request. The food itself was very good but the dipping sauces and condiments are presented in plastic ramekin containers and was unappealing and took away from the experience but were tasty. Do not order a beer during lunch time in a bottle as they probably restocked them that morning and will not be very cold at all. If someone is fueling a boat you can get a disturbing whiff of the fumes while eating outside depending on the wind.
