We made a reservation a week in advance for 5:30 pm for a large group. We arrived at 5:20 pm and were told that our table had been given away since we were not there at 5:15pm. I never saw any communication that we needed to arrive 15 minutes early, so this was a surprise to us. The restaurant put 11 of us at 2 round table tops in the bar area and in the sun. The sun aside (can definitely get over that), the hostesses and staff setting up the table (one whom I believe was a manager)...
Perfect last stop for our stay in Galveston. The outside deck was wonderful for the vibes - the breeze and beautiful sunset views. Love being on the bay side and away from all the bustle of the Strand. We decided to get all apps for the night. The ahi tuna was more than we thought it was going to be in a good way - great value for the quality and quantity. I particularly loved the boudin balls - so delicious.
