Purchased our order on the app and was waiting our food... and waiting... and waiting... Yet no food appeared in the pickup slots. Finally went up there and there was a bag sitting on the counter. Yes it was our food and had been sitting there for about 15 minutes. No drinks were made. So we had cold food and had to wait for our frosties to be made. No, we will not be returning.

Went there for some sweet ice cream treats. Got the Snickerdoodle crunch Frosty treat and the Oreo Brownie Frosty treat. They were delicious! We also got the $8 JBC meal- 2 burgers, fries and a soft drink. Great deal! Burgers and fries were great!

I've been eating at this Wendy's for over 20 years. It's a great Wendy's. I had one experience where I had one fewer nuggets and they rectified it with an entire new order....in 20+ years. The staff has always been exemplary and it's just about on the beach for atmosphere to boot! I reiterate, it's a great Wendy's!

.....walked in off the beach 5mins ago and the manager, I assume, was completely rude and upset that we walked into the dining and not using the drive through. I didn't see her name but it was a black woman with long hair. I will not spend a dime here or return ever again. How rude and disgusting

On two separate attempts to visit this location, once at breakfast and then at 2 pm on a different day, the doors are locked. Supposedly a staffing shortage but employees are washing windows and picking up trash in the parking lot. Maybe staff should be used to open the restaurant during posted hours first!!

Honestly the atmosphere inside is SO BLAND and completely lacks any warmth. I however go for the $5, or $8 Biggie Bag deals. Ive learned to ask them to make the sandwiches without sauce on them and haven't had a problem with them being soggy and inedible since. Thank God because that is a great deal in this economy and late at night when everything is closed. Service is usually fast as well.
