Food was good enough, service sucked. Saying ‘No’ to customers even before checking on a wrong prep is flat out ridiculous. People who go to Wendy’s even over a long wait simply expect the best quality and a NO messed-up meal.

Went through the drive thru and gave our order no problem. We got 2 frosties and an order of fries. All came out as ordered. Greeted, and given my receipt with a friendly smile. Food was good and will come back again.

Drive through. Total was $14.28. I gave her a $20 and 30 cents to avoid the change. She struggled for a bit b4 returning my quarter and nickel because she couldn't subtract 28 from 30. Then gave me 72 cents in change i was attempting to avoid. I asked if she is able to do the math and she mocked me in broken English. Also didn't get a straw or spoon for the frosty so no I have to wait for it to melt b4 I can drink it. Won't be back.

The Wendy's has improved, floors were clean, bathroom too. Service was courteous and fast. Food at right temperature. Fountain area was clean too

The cashier was not aware of the ingredients in the food offered. This is a red flag for anyone with allergies. We were kissing items from our order and items were made incorrectly. The restaurant was not very clean. There was a staff member dusting ceiling grates while we were eating during peak lunch hour. The staff was very friendly. The bathrooms needed attention and did not smell clean. We have been here several years ago and ran into similar problems then as well. My kids loved the salted Carmel frosty. I enjoyed the apple pecan salad.
