No matter the time of day, orders are ALWAYS slow. I ordered online prior to going, it showed should be ready by 1:14AM, it’s now just after 1:30AM and not ready yet…this is per par. Even though this store stays fairly busy, fries are ALWAYS, without fail, soggy and taste like they were made the shift before.
Their only saving grace is that two of the overnight workers (sorry, I’m horrible with names) are truly sweethearts! Once you get to know them, it’s obvious they put up with a lot of crap from customers, but once you get to know them, they are really nice. The other employees are hit or miss.

Great food, fast service, nice workers, and I have to give a special shoutout to the old gentlemen working with white hair and glasses. He was so kind, helpful, on top of maintaining the restaurant and even could balance a tray on his head while working. WOW 5/5 for Whataburger 10/10 for gramps. Will be back!!!!
Wait time sucka here food is great,update 2 months later and the wait time is astronomical, if you have any type of something to do for the day do not come here

As someone who loves Whataburger dearly... avoid this one completely. I visited two days in a row. My order is very simple: number 2 sub ketchup. First visit, after waiting 25 minutes, I receive a burger with only ketchup, no vegetables. The next day, after waiting forever again, I get my burger and make sure to check it before leaving. It had mayo, not ketchup. I take it back, and they bring back a burger with ketchup and mayo, obviously having just added ketchup to the burger they already gave me.
Also the sweet tea was so bad I couldn't drink it.
