Honestly I didn't give a 1 because the food is good. This has to do with fake advertising. I have no problem paying my meal however today was a day that I couldn't. I sat at Whataburger after ordering a soft drink and noticed that their table tent was advertising free whataburger if one downloaded the app. What one gets is free Onion rings. I am truly grateful to receive these onion rings when I had nothing eat, my heart was set on the Whataburger like advertised. I will still come to Whataburger, especially now that I have started the workforce again. Thanks for the free rings, maybe I'm just really hungry today.

Went through drive through and they missed my fries, gravy and spicey ketchup. Please make sure to check your orders as they are clearly not paying attention and leaving things out.

They were obviously really busy AND understaffed. But Kevin was working as hard as they could to get orders out correctly as well as dealing with the obnoxious customers that couldn’t seem to have any empathy and wait longer than 10 minutes. The manager yelled at and publicly degraded employees in front of everyone and didn’t help the situation. Big props to Kevin. I couldn’t deal with that store’s drama. The longer I sit here waiting for my food, the more I’m seeing wrong.

Ordered 1 meal from the Whataburger app. Food would be ready for pick up in 4-7 minutes. Waited for a long time in the curbside parking spot. Finally received my meal 30 minutes later. I should have just gone to the drive thru. It would have been much faster! At least the food was good and not cold.

Living in the area for awahile now... and have been going to this whataburger due to proximity of my college. I would say theres a 50/50 chance of horrible waiting times or long lines, whataburger itself is great... id just prefer to go to other locations after this one
I was prompted to write this after waiting 50 minutes for my mobile order... but its not even a one off event... just be warned
Long time waiting to receive my food and it wasn't s rush hour.... Then they forgot to add my drink and when I did arrive home... I noticed that I got two different burgers than the ones I ordered... Probably someone else got my two burgers :-/

Tierra was very friendly and personable but what really impressed me was her speed and efficiency, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that kind of talent in a drive through before. Management material for sure. The woman in the drive through was definitely not as friendly I wouldn’t even say she was very nice I think her name also started with a T. The food was great, consistent with company standards
