Definitely a favorite of mine. Unfortunately, today drive thru service was not up to par. I ordered an Apple & Cranberry Grilled Chicken salad & a Monterey Melt. I had to wait extra long for my order. Told it was because of the Monterey Melt. Seriously?! They serve burgers 24 hours a day & this is their excuse for taking extra long, SMH. Once I arrived home I discovered my Apple & Cranberry salad had no cranberries. Worst service I've ever received.

While I was ordering for my (family of 6) the old lady with the bad perfume was making an annoyed face. When the food came the fries were cold, the onion rings tasted old, the burger bread was toasted but the cheese was cold, the vegetables were nasty and my burgers came with all the vegetables and mustard. My family and I removed the stuff we didn’t like from the burgers but when I went and asked for a new burger for my daughter because she didn’t want it the same lady said I never asked for it dry and was hesitant to make another one until I basically had to read her the ticket and tell her I wanted a new burger like the one I paid for.

We were in Galveston Texas when we decided to choose whataburger as our dinner on a sunday night when we ordered we waited about 43 minutes to receive something, customer service was awful recommending to not come here.Not to mention they have people outside standing taking orders so when you already paid you cant leave.Parking: Stewart street, Galveston Texas Whataburger
