BEWARE OF PRICE CHANGES FROM THE CASH REGISTER VS THE BOARD!!!
Hi, Dairy Queen! Is it true that y'all can't change prices on the cash register even when it's what is on your own board? Or did I just scammed by your employee? I asked for the price to be corrected, but she said it was the right price and was unwilling to change it. I'm confused. I heard that Dairy Queen was pretty reputable or was that just in the past? Thank the trainee for the extra star and for remembering the tartar sauce!

Use to be a good DQ now it’s trash, food ain’t good, gravy is wet, drink are getting smaller and smaller every time. I wish there would be a new management who cared, and not a management who would run this place down.

I like shopping local whenever I can, but every single time I order from here, there’s an issue. Wrong order, wrong sides, tacos that are almost empty like they ran out of meat, and an overall inconsistency with what you would expect from a Texas Dairy Queen. Their pricing on the sign doesn’t even match what is in their computer. Three orders of three tacos with a drink is posted at $7.39. Total comes to $28.19. Then we get home and find half filled tacos. Despite living very close to the Ganado location, I only use it in rare cases. I’d much rather go to the one in El Campo or the new one in Edna. I know. The problem is me. I keep giving it a try, expecting something different, and keep getting a the same results. An extra 15 minutes there and back and I could have gone to Edna…

I just left. 8:51pm on May 4th.. I’m saying this because I didn’t get the kids names. Maybe mgmt can figure it out. Had such a pleasant experience. Stopped in the way down from a road trip and the store was really clean. The workers were all busy tending to the restaurant . They were smiling, very respectful and seemed happy.

Has the Jalapeño burger combo... with totes ( nacho cheese & Jalapeños ) all fresh... put together well... all and all very nice for any fast food now days...

Drove up to the sign to the order, and the front of the sign blew open and damaged my front fender. Putting a scratch and dent on it. Food was alright, and I am now working with the owner for the repairs to my vehicle.

We stopped in on the way home, used to be my favorite place, today it was dirty, staff had personality of a slug, the bathroom was awful just bypassed it, my thing if they don't take care the bathroom, they are not going to take care of your food, made me really sad.
