So yesterday I took my daughter to Applebee’s and we both ordered the cheeseburgers meals and I server was Dez this is how it went. sweet tea was not good. Our food was a little bit salty I server came to the table like 6 times just to talk and stand there while we was eating I really couldn’t even eat my food so I just told my daughter let’s just leave, because I don’t like the simple fact where he just kept walking up to the table talking to us over our food talking about what food is good and we should never ordered the cheeseburger meal because it wasn’t good like the loaded bacon burger OMG he just kept going on and on and on and on uncomfortable

Disappointed in the overall experience. Appetizers and entrees came out at all different times, wrong meals were brought out, poor quality food, and just very unorganized kitchen staff. The music also was not good either, it was aggressive rap.However, our waitress, Lesa, very nice, understanding, and tried to make it a better experience.

I have been going to this location since they opened up. This was the worst experience I ever received at this location. First thing this waiter started telling me about his bad experience encountered when he was 17 years old, being locked up in jail for arsonists. I ordered my favorite meal, which was the bourbon chicken and shrimp, and only ate the chicken and shrimp. This was so uncomfortable.The waiter asked me if I wanted a refill after cleaning his nose with the palm of his hand. This was so disgusting. I was so upset that sat in silence and left my plate of food on the table, declining a refill of water or tea from this individual. I changed the mashed potatoes from regular mashed potatoes to loaded mashed potatoes so the waiter asked me how was the mashed potatoes I replied saying I did not like them he asked me did I want him to remake them the answer was immediately no thank you. It's totally disgusting. I'm still feeling the effects of what I just went through unbelievably.

I had a coupon on my phone for a free dessert. I found the menu not to be as complete as it should be. How can you have those bizarre riblets and not have grilled chicken and steak? Prices are okay for a sports bar kinda steak house. Manager informed me that they want any coupons to be printed out despite it not saying so anywhere. He did eventually take the coupon without printing it out. Waiting was friendly but lacking in remembering basic tasks. Never brought extra napkins and a little too much small talk.Parking: Not much to say.

BEWARE ⚠️The waitress that served us decided to add a TIP on top of her TIP!!!!Typically I tip 20+%. However this waitress decided that was not enough and added a $16 tip ON TOP off what I already tipped. I used a credit card to pay so I didn't find out until just now but wow I did not expect this at an Applebee's....

I visited here on a Saturday during their happy hour which is between 2-5 everyday of the week. And the waiter I had was not knowledge of much. Went to the kitchen three times to ask about substituting something since they don’t have a decent amount of gluten free options and still came out with the wrong order. They chicken I had was pink inside. My son thought it was dye from the buffalo sauce, the waiter said it was because the chicken cooked at different temperatures and due to different sizes they don’t all cook the same. My fries came out way later than my wings. There was no crowd. Even though I had horrible service I tipped him and he was standing right at the table next to me and didn’t even say thank you when we left. And to top of everything a customer thought she saw a rat on the floor At the bar and yelled it out. People started pulling bar stools out and looking… turns out it wasn’t. Thank God.
