What an amazing place for all your speciality occasion cakes! I got mine made here for my wedding and it was perfect! I got a naked cake with flowers and she even made it perfectly fitting with my cake topper! I’m so happy to have found this place and will continue to go back for more! Also, the cake taste sooo good. It was light, airy and not sweet at all. We got the whipped frosting and it was just the perfect dessert!

I guess this place does not want any business. Called and made an appointment to meet at 5 pm to discuss a cake for My son’s Eagle Scout Court of Honor. We were running a couple of minutes late and called to let them know. The lady that answered acted like she had no idea about the appointment the had been made the day before. We arrived at 5:05 and walked in, the lady asked if if we had any ideas. We discussed flavors of cake and fillings for about a minute. Then it was to decorations. We showed her a picture, she said that they did not do fondant and seemed unwilling to discuss alternatives. She said the cake would be too expensive even though we never discussed a budget. Less than five minutes in the store and we were rushed out of the door. We were disappointed to say the least.

I was actually referred to them by Neiman Marcus Bakery since they discontinued a cake I wanted. This bakery made it just like or better than Neimans.

The cake is good but the lady working there is a class A b***h. I've ordered from here last year and had no problem and loved the cake so I couldn't wait to order again. Went there this time around and the lady comes out and lets me look at the book while she disappears. After I'm done looking I call for her but she doesn't come. After a while of waiting she finally shows up with a massive attitude. I tried to ask a few questions and she responds with "I don't have time for this, I'm too busy". Well, excuse me.. I ignored it and continued on with trying to place my order and she kept snapping at everything I said being extremely rude for no reason. I was a bit annoyed but still said nothing. Finally I ask her if her cakes contained alcohol or gelatin to which she completely blew up. She is basically yelling at this point telling me if I have allergies then she can't be bothered to deal with it cause she has no idea what's in the cakes and she doesn't care to ask. Word for word, her final statement was "your order is too complicated and I don't want to deal with it so go somewhere else cause I don't want to take it". Well eff you too b***h, your cake isn't worth me having to deal with your nasty a** attitude!

Art Bakery has been my family's (and friends) go-to bakery for years! They have the best tasting cakes period. I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. Over the past 10+ years they have made my wedding cake, baby shower cake, birthday cakes, and so on! The cakes are ALWAYS moist and never overly sweet like grocery store or other bakery cakes.

I went to assist with getting a graduation cake for my cousin and was told they accept cash only. They never told my aunt or her husband when they inquired the previous week. I informed him there should be a sign or something so customers know ahead of time. He proceeded to tell me and my aunt I talk to much and that he doesn't need any business. Worst service ever!

Ordered my wedding cake and got it delivered to the venue. It was delivered on time and it looked very nice, elegantly designed, and tasted delicious. We ordered 4 tiers of half mocha and half strawberries. Cake was moist and not too sweet. Got lots of compliments from our guests. I would definitely recommend!

Ordered a cake for a bridal shower and everyone was raving about how delicious the cake turned out. It is the best cake I have tried and will be ordering special occasion cakes from them in the future. *I suggest taking a picture copy of the cake you'd like (for them to keep). Also, they only accept cash or check. So be prepared when you visit and are ready to order your cake.
There was egg shells in the cake I bought from this place. It was disgusting.?

The people here are very unfriendly and seem to put more time into trying to be mean than into the making of there cakes. I have tried to give them my business twice now and both time I when there, it seemed that no one was their. After waiting for a few minutes a short older man walks from the back a asks me what I wanted, not how can I help you of anything like that. I ask him about a cake and he stated that he is really busy and for me to come back in a few hours. A another time I called them and a woman answered the phone. I ask her about a cake. It took me a while to get her to understand what I was trying to say but after she finally did she told me she would take my number and would call me back and not to call her that she would call me, that was 2 weeks ago.
