I took my family there to have a good time walking around and enjoy the evening. There was 6 of us so we stopped at this place for some snacks before heading out and I asked the cashier who was very dry, no smile at all, to please give us our snacks in separate paper sacks and her helper bagging the snacks said NO, because they would be wasting too many bags by doing that, I couldn't believe it so I said "charge me for the cost of the bags", then she said NO because she had no way to charge me for the paper sacks and refused to separate them. She did say that by doing what I asked her to do would cost the store to loose money. I did not left the store without buying their crap just because I couldn't make a scene in front of visitors. To the owner of this place you need to learn that when owning a business sometimes you have to please your customers with very simple things like given them 3 extra paper sacks for their snack after spending 50 at your store. I am not coming back. There are plenty other Aubtie Anne places that I hope you do not run.

Please check your food before you buy we were on family outing and my daughter noticed a hair lash and the pretzel and I think sanitary is a big issue when it comes down to food places make sure that you’re wearing gloves in a mask. Also , it’s a lot of hispanics in that location and just kind of felt like we were not welcome to order in that place the atmosphere was way off and will be going to another location. I hate that we spent our money there and unfortunate that was just a waste of time.. Do the due diligence with checking your food. Always check your food first‼️

I wanted to take a pretzel to the movies, so I mobile ordered 10 minutes out. Then when i got there not only did I have to wait in line anyway, but was then told that my order would take another 10 minutes because they didnt start making them until I got there. This made me late to my movie.

Great place for assorted pretzels with very courteous service. Great for kids who need to recharge their energy levels after having fun in the adjacent park. A little more diversity in the drinks option wouldn't be bad but perhaps for franchise rules.

Took my daughter here for her birthday to get a pretzel. I downloaded the app for it and was having trouble accessing it. The woman at the counter was patient and super helpful and gave us a free pretzel even though the app wasn’t working and also gave my daughter a free lemonade. This is the kind of service that is much appreciated and done right! Huge thank you to that lady for the way she made my daughters birthday special!
I usually really like this place. My son and I always get a pretzel to share while we walk around Firewheel. It’s super nostalgic to me because I would always look forward to getting a pretzel with my mom when I was young and would walk around the mall shopping with her. I have gone so many times to this location and always have had friendly service. I went today around 1:00 pm and no one would acknowledge us or take our order. We waited at the register for around 5 minutes and finally left because the girls working there were talking to each other but wouldn’t help us. They didn’t even tell us bye when we left after not getting helped. It is very difficult for me already to get in the store with my stroller and then to have to leave empty handed was disappointing.

Guy working the register was very rude and looked like he hated his job, hated being there, hated when customers walked in, and just all around hated life. He was also treating the other employee making pretzels very rudely. I will not be going back!
My dad has dementia and doesn't get out of the house much. Today, Christmas Eve, in the pouring down rain, when I have 101 things to do already, I picked up my dad to take him to get a pretzel. I walk up to the door at 11:10am and the door is locked. I wait patiently outside the door, in the rain, for a few minutes then knock and ask what time they open. She says 11am. I tell her it's it's now 11:10am. Then she changes her mind and tells me they open at 12. Mind you, it says 11am online.Not happy!!!!
