I usually really like this place. My son and I always get a pretzel to share while we walk around Firewheel. It’s super nostalgic to me because I would always look forward to getting a pretzel with my mom when I was young and would walk around the mall shopping with her. I have gone so many times to this location and always have had friendly service. I went today around 1:00 pm and no one would acknowledge us or take our order. We waited at the register for around 5 minutes and finally left because the girls working there were talking to each other but wouldn’t help us. They didn’t even tell us bye when we left after not getting helped. It is very difficult for me already to get in the store with my stroller and then to have to leave empty handed was disappointing.

Guy working the register was very rude and looked like he hated his job, hated being there, hated when customers walked in, and just all around hated life. He was also treating the other employee making pretzels very rudely. I will not be going back!

My dad has dementia and doesn't get out of the house much. Today, Christmas Eve, in the pouring down rain, when I have 101 things to do already, I picked up my dad to take him to get a pretzel. I walk up to the door at 11:10am and the door is locked. I wait patiently outside the door, in the rain, for a few minutes then knock and ask what time they open. She says 11am. I tell her it's it's now 11:10am. Then she changes her mind and tells me they open at 12. Mind you, it says 11am online. Not happy!!!!

The food here was a bit stale, but overall everything tasted fine, and as expected.

Popular place for a lot of people. Sometimes you have to wait outside to get it into ordering. And general good and friendly people

Was there at 1230pm & told it would be 10-15 minutes to get 2 pretzel dogs. They only had the mini ones available. I guess their expecting everyone to order ahead.Guy that came in behind me, stated he had an app order & it wasn't ready yet, so he had to change his order also.Got the mini dogs, wasn't offered any sauces or mustard. Bad customer service.

Auntie Anne's has always been a routine stop of ours any time we went to Firewheel, but this location has steadily gone down in the past few years. They're always out of something any time we've been here recently. Today I ordered my usual sour cream and onion bites and only the top three bites had any seasoning on them. Everything else was plain.? Usually, it's so messy eating them and the seasoning goes every where, but they're so good that you don't even mind. Not today, I didn't even have to use a napkin because there wasn't anything on my fingers since there was so little flavor added. This franchise location has also stopped honoring the AAA discount, which wasn't enough to keep me from eating there, but after today, I'll think twice before coming here again, which is disappointing because I like the pretzels so much.

Who can resist the aroma of a fresh baked pretzel? Maybe if you're gluten intolerant :(

Delicious! Had auntie Anne's at mesquite mall a while back and it was disappointing. This location redeemed my faith. Maybe one of the best I've ever had. I just got the original, which is the only thing I get here.

Busy place but the pretzels are worth it.
