Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Every day they’re late opening. Then they don’t acknowledge you at the counter for God knows how long. Sweet tee or unsweet tea is never out. If I’m the first one at the counter I shouldn’t have to wait for service. I’m first for a reason. That reason being that I shouldn’t have to wait. People know nothing about customer service anymore.

I ordered 5 burgers for $5 dollars.
They tasted real good, and to my surprise 🫢 the burgers were much bigger than Micky D's dollar menu.

Always great service from this location. Doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not- the employees I’ve encountered have always been a pleasure.

I love Braums!! We don't have them in South Texas. 😞
When I go to visit my sister in Mesquite, the first thing I do is go to Braums and get a chocolate malt made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup! It is also the last thing I do before heading back out of town!! Their food is great too!!

We were looking at the drive thu menu (because my 5-year-old daughter was choosing which ice cream she was going to want), and the lady on the front desk was rushing us, and when we decided to give our order, she was rude and told us that We were waiting now, and the other employees did not want to tell us who had taken our order and they did not want to tell us the name of the employee who had rudely taken our order. (In the end we found out that it was the adult lady who treated us rudely) Who we didn't know her name because they didn't want to give it to us...

I've been to other braums and I have to say I will make the longer dive because this one has the best service fast service and the food have great flavor at other locations there no flavor in the good, great place I love it

I love there Ice cream but on the weekends the lines are very long inside and out at times they hire kids that don’t take there job seriously and at times give a attitude. But other then that I love there ice cream now i usually go during the week when it’s not so busy.

Every single time I come to this location they mess up something in my order. I mean every single time! I dont know if the people they hiring can't hear or what. Then the tables are always nasty. My fries was cold as well. I'll never come to this location ever again
