Employees will laugh and giggle Right in face and talk trash about you to other employees if their seasonal drinks are not available or if they're out of a certain item, instead of simply saying so... Very RUDE!
Definitely going to go to the mesquite location.

Went on Saturday afternoon with my girlfriend around 3:30pm and we stood at the cash register waiting to order for over 10 minutes without being helped. The Hispanic girl at the register just looked at us without greeting us and walked away multiple time. Another employee a few moments later said he would be with us in a moment but never did. There was a third employee that was running between the drive thru and main line doing all the work. The other two employees were giggling and walking in and out of the area. I’d love to say the ice cream made up for the poor service but we were never helped and ended up going to another burger location that TRULY had exceptional service. This used to be a nostalgic spot for me as I came here after my basic training graduation but I can firmly say that I will NEVER visit this location again.

If busy and not run like a tight ship, mishaps happen. Everyone is nice except the fellow customers at time. Otherwise it's nice good burger/ice cream joint.

The yogurt is delicious. It was a bit messy in the prep area ( as most Braums). The service was friendly but a little slow.

Of the Braum's I've been to, this one is the worst. They'll leave you at the counter, without acknowledging you, for 10+ minutes before someone will take your order.

Breia is RUDE. Has the not my job attitude. And, when an employee tells you that you can customize an ice cream sundae, she refuses to allow it. Yes, she would rather throw away the already made sundae and refund it, than say something like "the employee didn't know, but for future reference..."

I ordered 2 Combos and 2 ice creams to go. They made the ice cream cone before the food even started cooking. But, if I want it to stay on ice, to not melt, I have to pay for that.

Will not return.

drive thru line wasn’t even that long yet we waited for over 40 minutes. when we finally got to the window, we were handed very cold fries and melted ice cream. awful experience never returning here

The workers don't have a single clue what they are doing, how the hell do you get a double scoop ice cream mixed up with a milkshake. Three employees showed up and got it wrong 5 times! Also not the most sanitary restaurant.
