Hot or miss on the wait times. About 1/3 of my visits they make mistakes on my order.

Really good ice cream and nice staff- surprised how good the prices are.
It seems like they prioritize the drive-thru orders over the counter inside- so you can wait a while.

Not sure which location this I visited. Mesquite location has great inside service when the older workers are present. If you go in the afternoon after 6pm you may not even be greeted. The ice cream, burgers and fries are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I asked for a strawberry shortcake sundae, and they only gave me the ice cream without the cake in the bottom. It's not the first time they've done that; it's the second time. Bad service.

Came here on Friday 6/27/25 and ordered my food and left and came
Back around the drive through because we notice that they didn’t give us our fries and the lady at the window told us that we were never charged for them and that we have to go all the ways around and order and even slammed the door on us as we were still talking To her. She was a larger, short Hispanics lady with a horrible attitude. Looks like management needs to re train their associates about what customer service looks like. Not my fault that you guys can’t take an order the right way the first time.

Long lines, good ice cream and food

My food order was wrong and my fries were not fresh so I asked for fresh fries, called the mgr Gloria and she offered to replace my order that was wrong. The afternoon mgr and staff were so polite and took care of me with the utmost respect, I will definitely be returning for the fact I have never had this great service from any fast place around this area and the burgers and fries were very good. Hats off to this amazing staff, wish other places could have this kind of service.

Good service, food was ready quickly, but a little too quick. Could tell the burger patties were staged and not freshly cooked, would have vastly improved the burger with fresh patties. Fries weren't impressive, just basic crinkle cut fries. Place was clean. Its not a restaurant we have where I'm from, but if I'm in an area with them around, would possibly return to have something I dont usually get at home.

would give 5 stars but their fries are either undersalted or not salted at all sometimes. often on thursday evenings when i go. thats like the main part of the fry gone

***UPDATE 07/31/2025***
Please have a place for people to park when you tell them to pull up and wait. Cars are stacked and it gets confusing for the employees. Either stop judging employees by how fast they get drive thru orders out (those KPIs are lame and outdated) and let them just make the food and hand it out. We’ll wait in line. I promise.

Nastiest food ever and this was a kids meal for my grandbaby. The fries was soggy and nasty. The chicken strips was horrible. The lid on the kids drink was not tight so the drink spilled in my car

This location has been by far the best Braum's, the kids are attentive and very service oriented, I bet they all have great parents, I mean these are young man, don't their job and not just that, I love to see how they talk to each other too. Come visit with them and you'll see, my favorite is single Sunday butter pecan with pecans, chocolate and caramel, 5 bucks for me and my husband 😇🥰
