There are many Braums restaurants better than this one. My favorite one is in Richardson (on centennial Blvd near Kroger's). At least that one doesn't have graffiti all over the bathroom stall.I don't like this Braums and I never liked it.

By far the worst braums for one particular reason. The older black lady that works the drive through /management is just not cut out for management. It’s almost a 90% chance if she takes your order it will be wrong. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this one location and only occurs when she is there. It sucks cause you just want to eat a place that your familiar with when your not able to cook but she in particular always messes up the order in someone and has no acccountability on top of that.

The staff was very friendly. They really like to up sell though. prices are very affordable, way cheaper than dairy queen. Was 3rd person in line, took quite some time to get ice cream. It looked like they were more focused on the drive through customers than people in line.This was my first visit, I was just visiting the area.

Me and my friends went around 9:00pm and the line was so long and the workers were being so slow, and there wasn’t a lot of staff so the building was dirty where they were making ice cream and it was really gross. It was almost like the prep area wasn’t cleaned for hours. I didn’t take the best video but just to show they should be cleaning as they are working regardless of how busy the store is!!
