The wings were dry, the tots were over cooked and dry. The service was slow even though there were plenty of staff. First time coming to BWW so kinda disappointed.

My husband and I walked in with our boys to have lunch and nobody was there to greet us and saw nobody at the bar area we waited a good 5 min but decided to leave… we were so upset Considering location. Hopefully next time it’s fully staffed

Buffalo Wild Wings ignored us, and we felt completely overlooked. The service was terrible—they kept giving us shady looks and barely acknowledged us. This place desperately needs new management.

Liars. Ordered food from them through uber eats. The first driver said they were out of boneless so i told them to cancel because i dont like bone-in wings. Instead they unassigned themselves. So i called the restraunt to confirm in case and the person on the phone said they werent out so i decided to just assume that the first driver was incorrect. Then the second driver called me and said they were out, and i heard the same man i spoke to the phone say to the driver that they were out of boneless wings but "dont tell customers that because they get another location to deliver whatever they need whenever they run out and it would be 2-3 hours" so unprofessional dont lie to your customers. You WERE out of boneless wings which is fine but what isnt fine is telling a customer you arent and expecting them to wait 2-3 hours unknowingly.

Understaffed. Employee at the front wouldn’t even offer us a table she told us to go to the back and see if we could find one in the bar. There were several empty/dirty tables up front. We found a dirty table in the bar, but got up and left when I realized how bad the experience would end up being.

My account is not working so I can’t get my birthday freebie and when I called customer service, they said it could take 5 to 7 days for them to figure it out. Meaning I can’t go on my bday 1/1.

The servers were amazing from the time we entered the building. However, the food was disgusting. They had a wait time of about 25 minutes the night my wife and I went. We were fine with the wait. But to have us waiting and still bring out unacceptably cold food was crazy. We were first served out appetizers which consisted of cheese curds and mozzarella sticks. They were both so cold that they didn’t even have a cheese pull. We received our wings and other side items about 30 minutes after that and that too was very cold. We hadn’t eaten at this restaurant for years due to bad experiences at another location(roaches) . We decided to give it another try after 2 years and this location did not exceed that experience at all. We will never eat there again. 😤

12 dollar meal and they legit give you bout 20 cents worth of fries. Acting mad stingy, like each fry comes out of their paychecks. Portions are basically for a small child.
