Buffalo Wild Wings

Super friendly server helped me with my Togo food. They had no reason to keep checking on me but they were really nice to me when I was having a bad day and I just really appreciated it.

We arrived to a crowd of people all the way out the door and no one attending or acknowledging anyone. The restaurant was complete mess with several tables waiting to be cleaned up. After 15 minutes of standing around and no help from any restaurant staff we left hungry and decided to go to wing stop. This restaurant should be closed down, I can’t imagine the performance is good.

Everytime I try and call this store the phone doesn't work. Last week I went in an hour before they closed and they said they weren't taking any more tables. Please fix your phones and the hours you are actually willing to serve this place. This place is awful

Wanted to eat here but my God, no one greeted us for a solid 15 minutes. Last week when we ate here, our waiter was fine but some other guests were never waited upon & they left. Guess it's a waitstaff shortage or something, as I'm currently waiting in line at the Plano location as well.

We just got our door dash order. My husband got the bone in Wings and they still had feathers on them....fried feathers. Do you all not clean or even look at the chicken? Edit....to reply to BWW, i will be filing a complaint with the health department, seems like we aren't the only ones. Seems like there is a hygiene issue in your kitchen. I need a better response than what you gave me. I clicked your link and filled out the form and it said contact door dash. Door Dash didn't prepare my food. What are you going to do about your kitchen. Someone is going to get sick.

Food was cold. Service was slow and place was dirty. We ordered appetizers and only one came out fried pickles which were cold and soggy. They food came out, which also was cold. Eating cold chicken wings is gross a d no telling how long they were sitting out before they brought them to the table. The beer 🍺 tasted like it was hot and re chilled had a skunk taste. NEVER WILL GO BACK..

Horrible. There was nobody who even spoke to us to take our table request for 15 minutes despite there being plenty of empty tables. Another guest waiting in line said they had been told they weren’t seating everyone because the kitchen was behind. We sat ourselves outside. Honestly our server (Josiah) was amazing and was working harder than anyone else. We saw other servers standing around chatting with each other and even sitting down at tables with guests at times in spite of how busy it was. Very disappointing considering our waiter never stopped running around and helping everyone. Aside from that, they allowed people to smoke cigarettes and weed on the patio throughout the evening and didn’t enforce the signs that indicated no smoking on patio. Only redeeming factor of this place is our server and the fact they stream UFC fight nights.

Ethan was our server and he was amazing! Very attentive and kind. We tried the potato wedges and they were delicious!

As soon as we got there I notice one server was mad talking to himself and slaming cabinet doors. Our server took a while to come take our order. Order was received but was wrong after she double checked. Food took a long time to arrive , asked for extra plates it was 5 of us only got 3 plates when we finish eating we received the extra plates. Server not friendly at all. Atleast there's a whole bunch of screens to watch while you wait.

Service was terrible. Took 15 minutes for our waitress to initially arrive to our table, then took 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Food also came out cold and dry. Don’t bother coming here.

I bet the owner is going to reply to this post with some dumb generic message asking to fill out a feedback form.

Malibu margaritas are fantastic! Fries and boneless wings are cooked to perfection! Friendly service!

I tried to order some beer out of 4 selection didn’t not have either. Our waitress was lost. This used to be my #1 spot, not no more. Good bye Buffalo Wild Wings
