My wife and I ordered to go from the BWW in Garland, Tx at 5125 George Bush Freeway for our oldest sons birthday dinner.First, our entire food order was extremely cold, bland, and we didn't receive everything we paid for. My entire house has had either diarrhea or vomiting from this horrendous restaurant.Second, probably should be the first on my list. The gentleman in the photo was sitting right in front of the checkout area while workers/management seen him clearly sitting with his bare feet on the seat. Then the guy starts picking at his toenails right on the seat in front of the staff. Nobody said anything to this guy. When his order was ready, we found out he was someone's Door Dash driver. He never washed his hands before grabbing a customers order. Imagine what he's doing with people's food while in his car.We will never go to BWW anywhere ever again.

Food tastes good but it’s very hard to justify the price of their chicken tenders. The attached photo is a comparison of chicken tender size to their tator tots. Really unfortunate if you’d like to eat something other than wings.

My visit was not a winning experience. The flavor of the food was good, but the temperature and texture was not. If I had to bet, I'd say the chicken fell victim to either a warming window, or over cooking. Service was present, but not attentive. Food was delivered, but at staggered times and by several different staff who didn't check if everything was right. Refills/extra drinks were offered, but after they were needed.There was food, there was service, there were seats. None of those mentioned exceeded expectations.

Took 10 mins just to be acknowledged to be able to get a table. Then another 30 minutes and no server came to our table to even askfor our drinks. Reached out to someone passing by, asked if anyone was going to take care of us, she replied with I will check, never returnedLegend has it she still checking but we since left

❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌The worst experience I have ever had, I am a tourist, I come to visit and the manager is disrespectful, he laughed at us, he made me and my family wait 30 minutes, there were 18 people and there was a table and they did not want to serve us, they hesitated, they ignored us and they ignored us. He was laughing in the kitchen saying that he only had 2 waiters, and they didn't even want to seat us at the tables because they didn't want to clean any more sections.The manager is a rude person with a bad attitude and energy.❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌
