The worst customer service and food. The lady on the drive thru speaker was so rude and cannot for the life of me take any orders accurately. She literally could not understand the difference between a sandwich and a wrap. I will never be back 100%.

Not the best service, front staff were very polite, but I received my order wrong twice, even if the front lady were bagging the food she should make sure the items are right, the other two persons waiting also had problems with their orders and another order were made double. Food is ok but personel needs more training.

Went thru the drive thru got just a single cheese burger total was 2 05 I gave the girl three dollars. She asked if I had a nickel I did not she said she didn't have the change I said I dunno what to tell you she gave 95 cents in nickels practically threw it at me then when my burger was ready she threw it at me literally. RUDE surly and just bad customer service!

Service was horrible. I was cussed at just for correcting what was on the screen. Whoever the manager is on 3/25/24 needs to be fired and not treat customers poorly. Simply being nice and was yelled and cussed at.

This place has CS issues I came in today around 8 pm to pu a mobile order and caught strays from a flustered employee.she got upset because when she gave me my order I opened it to make sure everything was in bag and she got upset and told me I didn’t have to do it since everything I ordered was there and then got mad when I told her I was missing some sauces she said I only ordered ketchup to not waste her time because she has drive thru windows to care for.. it was empty .

The lady denied my services because i did t give her a code through the speaker, she said she was not going to re do it because she will get in trouble. I asked if i can speak to a manager and she said she was the lady in charge and denied me services. I was polite and hungry and had to go to the quiktrip accross the road to get food. Received better service at quiktrip

If I could give them zero stars I would.They messed my order up left bacon off ,I got home took two bites and realized it was no bacon went back up there was told I couldnt get my money back couldn't get a remake or the bacon I paid for and then the worker threw my burger in the trash! It was no Manager on duty so I went back the next day, and the same Manager who took my order but was allegedly gone when I went to take my order back now lies and tells me she was on FaceTime with the worker,my correction a 3rd worker who isn't a Manager nor was working the night before comes out and says the Manager was on FaceTime and saw my burger which is a lie . If the burger was correct why would you throw my food I paid for in the trash instead of giving it back to me? This will not be let go!!!!To keep the bacon I paid for ,not remake or refund and then throw away my paid food. It's black history month and we get treated unfairly in every way still. Called the police to assist they did nothing because it's a civil matter, so I will pressed this issue until something is done!!! You have no right to keep my money nor food I paid for and then trash my food, I've reached out to the bbb and corporate will be taking any nesscary actions til something is done!

I had ordered a plain whopper with just cheese and tried to use a code but the employee yelled at me saying “your supposed to give me the code in the beginning” very frustrated but in an aggressive tone and I said “I’m sorry I didn’t know” and then to the window she repeats it again and snatches the money out of my hand, fast forward I get home and realized she got my order wrong so I drive back and tell them the order was incorrect and she refused to fix it bc she said that’s what I ordered and I was said no it’s not. The employees are just incredibly rude for absolutely no reason

Whopper was dry and was a pre-cooked beef patty and was not very warm. I had to dust off and clean my own table. No tea dispensers put out in the lobby which is underwhelming as compared to their competitors. Access to tea is a must to stay competitive in today's Texas Market!

Ordered 1 Whopper Jr and a Whopper with cheese meal. Got a DBL Tx whopper meal mind you and a whopper. No where near what we ordered. To top it off the Double whopper has jalapeños on it. My gosh, can you at the window not get it right????? $20 when it should have cost about $15. Won’t go back?
