Poor ladies were short handed and working their butts off trying to keep up and some old man came in giving them trouble. They handled it very professionally while I said to him what they couldn’t.

I think I got the same lady as the other 5 star reviews. Order was perfect and service was above and beyond. Made my night. The lady at the drive thru today scheduled on 11/14 @11pm was one of the kindest people I think I’ve interacted with. You can just tell with certain people. She has a kind soul. Please give this lady a raise she works hard and really deserves it. She should be a regional manager or director level at this point. Thank you

The employees are always so nice here ! And the meat on the burgers is always hot ~ I will make sure to ask the drive thru lady her name next time cuz she’s the best! She’s really sweet and genuine ( I normally come in the afternoons the few times I have been here)

Just grabbed a quick lunch here and my burger was excellent. No mayo or ketchup, per my request, added mustard. But the lettuce! It was plentiful; chopped and it added the perfect crunch to the burger. Best I’ve had in ages.

I’m giving this place 5 stars because Miguella deserves it. I’ve been to this specific location multiple times and she’s always the one that serves me. She has the sweetest soul and you can tell she works hard. Someone needs to give her a raise because nobody is doing it like her!

Visit store thru the drive thru today Sunday,10/12/2025 @ 4:31pmWas not told that the burgers were being microwaved due to the broiler not working. Went back and the manager was very unprofessional. She told me that she was not going to refund my money or remake my Texas whopper and it was not her fault they the person in the drive thru did not tell me about the broiler not working. I will be calling corporate in the morning and will tell everyone not to visit this store again. D. Aubrey

I just want to say through my experience there the manager and the crew go through so much with the customers they r very rude and very hostile in this area and has many homeless and it's very disturbing to see all that but it's been cleaned up by the New Managers and crew members and the place is very nice and clean and friendly thank u to the Managers and the Crew u guys Rule!!!! 😁😉
