⭐️ I stop at this Burger King for breakfast nearly every morning before work, but lately the service has been terrible. Today I sat in the drive-thru for over 12 minutes just to get a sausage and egg croissant and some hash browns that once you bite into it they are brittle — croissant came out cold, old, and extremely overcooked.
I’m so disappointed and honestly frustrated. This has been going on for too long. I don’t know if they’re short-staffed or just not paying attention, but the service is way too slow and the food quality has really gone downhill.
If I could give negative 5 stars, I would! Completely unacceptable, disenchanted, and overall not satisfied at all.

This Burger King is very well-run and provides quality preparation of their standard BK menu. My Whopper with cheese was hot, freshly-made, and neat (not haphazardly made in a rush). The fries were also hot and tasty.

The Baconator was such a disappointment. I like crispy bacon, and this burger was full of the Sad saggy bacon. It looked like it had just lost a pet it was so sad and saggy. Also EASY on the mayo and mustard, Good grief thats a lot for one burger. Ill stick to the Whopper from now on

Today I was reminded why I haven't been to this location in quite a while. Pulled up to the speaker and ordered a #1 combo and a #2 combo. My wife changed her mind and decided she wanted onion rings instead of fries with her burger. With no cars in the drive-thru behind us, I backed up to the window and asked the guy if I could please make the change before the order was filled. No problem. Got the order with one drink. I asked the guy for the other drink and he said he understood I had ordered the sanndwich only on the #2. Nooo. Ok, so he had to charge me for the fries and a drink. Another $3 and change. I told my wife to check the order before we drove off. No onion rings, got fries. Requested the onion rings we ordered. OK, so can we please pull up and they'll bring them out to us. Good. The server finally comes out with the bag...more fries! I got out and went inside with the order of fries. Second time to order onion rings. The cook in the back acted like he had never heard of onion rings. Please wait while we fry some more. Finally got the onion rings I ordered twice and was reminded why I quit coming to this location. I may try another location next time...but then again, maybe not.
