Went through drive thru manager was on her phone talking . Since she was busy on her phone she did not gave me my order right . It was missing the fiery crispy chicken samdwich . I tried to call the store more than 3 times and nobody answers

The drive-thru (Alex) handed my order to me and asked: Do you want to tip? After I asked him to repeat what he said, I said no. I then asked his name. Obviously, management is aware of this behavior. I will boycott this particular BK and all others in this franchise.

Update:I ordered on the app and picked up through the drive thru. The lady was so nice and courteous. I forgot to add jalapenos and she didn't get annoyed bc I asked for them. The food was AMAZING!!!! FRESH and hot! Thank youNever again! They totally forgot 2 orders!!! Called to tell them but they would pick up and hang up. Called the corporate office
