Update:I ordered on the app and picked up through the drive thru. The lady was so nice and courteous. I forgot to add jalapenos and she didn't get annoyed bc I asked for them. The food was AMAZING!!!! FRESH and hot! Thank youNever again! They totally forgot 2 orders!!! Called to tell them but they would pick up and hang up. Called the corporate office

Despite the poor reviews I decided to give this location a try. Food was made fresh and was hot and cooked completely and they didn't skip the flame grilled step. The wait was a little longer than expected being the only one in the drive thru, but wasn't bad.

My visit was very positive, the burger was delicious, it was two large ones with fries and a soft drink for $14 dollars, I didn't even take a photo of how delicious and fast I ate it. The place is very clean and the employees are very friendly.
