Every time the drive through will take 15 to 30 minutes the worst service of any fast food in Texas management sucks will not be back

The guy at window, it was his birthday super nice.
I avoided this place because the first time I went the people they newly hired when it opened were lazy and nasty l when we went it. My whole familey and friends all tried it just was very bad.
But now omg finally actually ordered myself and it was freaking awesome!!! Food was great like that whopper taste you been chasing! Got it! Fried mout burning hot. The deals on the app beat McDonald's hands down. They have a 5.99 whopper day. It's great keep it up guys!!!!

CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT!!!!! So.... I dont eat meat. I realize this might make me biased, but the Impossible Whopper they make die mw is ALWAYS 💯!!! Double impossible patty, heavy cheese, Xtra veggies, no mayo, light pickles. The chef prepares it to Perfectoon! Santiago takes my order with proficiency and precision and together, they deliver The BEST BURGER I could hope for! Kudos and Bravo Santiago and Chef. I appreciate you and I thank you.🙏🏾

Super clean place, not a lot of traffic in and out of the dining area.
Service is a bit slow and the workers worked with a frown today. The chicken was dry but the vegetables and other ingredients were fresh.
A man was told he couldn't sleep in the building, yet he was a customer and in a corner by himself and wasn't bothering anyone. It's hot outside. We are all human don't be a jerk.

Ordered 2 whoppers med fry med drinks. It was really bad.the burgers were sloppy ,tomatoes were green and hard as rocks,hardly any lettuce and more onion than anything else.frys were old it just sucked.spent around 18 bucks as it was whopper wed.i contacted corporate and there reply was we can give u 10 bucks.i refused.they said I would be here in from the general mgr of the location and that was a week ago,still nothing .what has happened to burger king.

i got here at 9:20 and waited by the cashier till 9:40,, the lady acknowledged me standing there had someone come through the drive thru, told them to wait, gave food to a dasher then instead of taking my order went to take the order of the drive thru, making me wait even longer,, i finally get my order taken and i only order smth small and quick,, yet ppl who ordered after me got their food first,, she looks like she doesnt even want to work there...
i prefer walking in when the male assistant manager is working he seems kinder

Worst experience ever, stay away!! I ordered via the app and after waiting 45 minutes (15 min drive through, 30 minutes inside) I never got my food. There were at least 15 other people waiting on their food. One person was complaining that they had been there over an hour. Another person complaining that they got the wrong order. I asked for a refund and the cashier told me that they didn’t do refunds. The person standing next to me chuckled and said yes you do. After that, the worker got their manager who came up front and told me I needed to request a refund through the app so I left hungry, let down, and super frustrated. I did get a refund in two $10 coupons after speaking to customer service but will NEVER go to that location again.

I was craving a whopper and they only had 2 cars in the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes and the line didn’t move… so I parked and went inside, only two people ahead of me… I waited 20 minutes and never got to place my order. Meanwhile I watched them carry out at least 3 orders to parked cars only to carry the orders right back in every time… meaning they got every single order wrong. I’m leaving hungry with 30 minutes wasted. This place needs some serious training and more staff.

Today 7/30/25 at 5:42 I waited over 30 mins for my food. They have 3 associates working. I on register and back and forth on drive through, another cooking and preparing food and one helping. Meanwhile the manager is sitting in the back on her phone watching them struggling. She never. Never got up to help. This is ridiculous!

Ordered for pickup at a specific time. Go to the pickup area at pickup only to be ignored for 5 minutes. Once I was acknowledged they only THEN start to make the order. Horrible service. Ok food. Go to a different location if you can.

This place had me waiting over 10 mins in the drive thru. They said they had alot of orders. I go inside & there is only 2 people! Terrible service!!
Bad location they take forever and have you wait in the front waited almost 10 mins for happy meals . They are very slow and unorganized
