Nice new burger king. Ordered no mayo got no mayo just like I asked. That's always good. The guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful he had a jacket on so I couldn't see his name. Thanks!

Not only did they bring me the wrong order they tried to give it to another customer. It was also not their order. NO APOLOGY NOTHING... terrible customer service. Do better! No wonder that store has bad ratings

The burger was actually really good along with the fries. The ketchup dispenser was messy and the bathroom was locked the entire time so I couldn't wash my hands. But beyond that it was really good.

This location just flat out sucks. Ordered online drove to store and was told to pull around the corner to have my food brought out to me. Waited 10 minutes and got fed up. Went inside to find employees just standing around talking. When I requested to cancel my order and get my money back I was told I have to do it through the app. Been giving them too many chances at this location and I’m done

Store is very unprofessional says they open at 6:00 sat at the drive-thru for 15 minutes then the window for another 10 minutes no one never acknowledged the employee inside made eye contact but not approach me to let me know they were not ready if that is the case. Came back the next day at 6:30 still no acknowledgment for 10 minutes sitting at the drive-thru then I pull over to the side and I can see the employees just going in and out back and forth to their car inside of the building very unprofessional and unacceptable if it says you open at 6:00 you should be ready before 6. And then trying to use The woman inside being a new manager will the manager should have great customer service and approach the customer to let them know that they're not ready but a great manager would be ready on time and not having their employees go in and outside of the building to their car why not helping customers at the drive-thru sitting here and seeing people just drive off because they're not being helped
