Very rude, they take a long time to give you an order and they give you all the scraps and the overly salty shredded meat, it's a disgusting food and it's not the same as before.

the food is good, but it doesn’t make up for the wait and the terrible customer service. the lady at the front who takes the orders and handles the money is very rude and seems irritable all the time. they charge you to use the credit card, but they seem to never have change. i paid in cash today and the lady said that they didn’t have change and kept almost a full dollar in change. when i brought up that that didn’t seem right to keep almost a whole dollar from the customer, she replied that they “weren’t a bank to be having change on hand,” which was very rude. this is also the second time that they forget something from my order. the wait time is very long, even when they don’t have people. the food usually takes about 30+ mins to come out. overall, the food is good but it doesn’t outshine the wait and the bad customer service. we’ve been coming here for years but will not be coming back. sad to see the downfall of this restaurant.
The delicious food, my favorite was the very delicious shredded meat. I 100% recommend it and the customer service, the waitress was very friendly, I really liked it. Yes I would return and recommend it

Sadly this family business is being affected by their own daughters pushing long time clients away. It is so disappointing to see how their hard working parents have given everything to try to make this restaurant succeed and for their daughters to be disrespectful to customers and clients is very tragic. Clearly one of the two daughters is having personal issues affect her work and takes customer feedback personally to the point to where she feels attacked. The parents have always been nice and yes although the food takes over 40mins to make - it has always been consistently good. I wish the best for this business that I am sure has been suffering for quite some time and hope their daughters can mature enough to help support their parents run their business
