Very disappointed about the “large” portion of fries I received for $5.49. Also there is an eyelash inside of my cheese sauce which is very disturbing and disgusting.
Worst philli ever... do not order it... it is bad o beyond bad .. for $15 only the Philly
Store is very clean, restrooms are clean. The food was made fresh and hot. The portions are good. The staff is great here, very kind and helpful, even checked on us mid meal which you don't get other places. Very nice.

More veggies than meat 😔😔😔. Apparently they don’t use the punch anymore or just not at that location smh. Not a good experience I should’ve went to taco cabana instead. The manager was quick to say no we don’t use that anymore instead of offering anything ‼️

Me and my husband came here today July 12 2025 at 11 a.m. I cannot believe we waited 7 minutes for the store to open. We just left. My husband said the guy was in there looking at him through the door and still hadn't opened the door. When we started our car and backed up, then he ran to the door and opened it. We said forget it! It's not even worth it and went some where else. These are perilous times we are living in SMH.
They fries and Phillycheese steak was good they made me and my cousin feel comfortable eating and very clean I see why they got 5 stars by 521 members yes I go back there one day
