They fries and Phillycheese steak was good they made me and my cousin feel comfortable eating and very clean I see why they got 5 stars by 521 members yes I go back there one day

The establishment was very clean and nice. My order was taken soon as I was ready and was accurate. My food was so delicious, and I absolutely love the lemonade!!! I definitely will be going back plenty. And the wait was reasonable.

First time trying location , really a big fan of Charley's cheesteaks , every thing from fries to sandwich was super fresh and hot , couldn't even finish the food , had to save half for later , overall friendly staff , good food and chill atmosphere

Hispanic lady with yellow hair and tattoos had an attitude and wanted to take our our order so fast so she could js be done with us didn’t even greet us and gave a black couple a completely different way than us not going back

Been going to this specific Charley's for over a year now, these people have displayed very good customer service, and on top of that a good atmosphere as well as quality food, would highly recommend.

Sat here 10 minutes and watched the workers text or o. There phones no food cooking. Then when someone walk through the door they started working. It is so hard to find a good restaurant. Don't recommend I drove a good ways to get here. Never again.

The service the last couple of times have been horrible. The Hispanic young lady with the tattoos has a horrible attitude. She is always rushing us, and she spilled our shake. We won’t be returning.

There's a new employee Enrique out front tall Hispanic man. The place is clean and organized bc of him. I hope he stays here. He's even checked on us. Never had that before.

The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was flavorable and huge. They put a lot of meat on the sandwich!! The cheese was melted just perfectly! I also tried their boneless buffalo wings and it had a kick to it. I didn't like that a side of ranch (small cup) was not included - 60 cents, which is kind of expensive for a small cup. The staff was very helpful by pointing out the specials and the ingredients on the sandwich. On my visit, their air conditioning was out. It was 103 degrees outside with heat index at 108 degrees. So, it was uncomfortable. The place was extremely clean and I even witnessed the employee wiping counters, tables and machines. The overall cost was more expensive than I thought, as my large sandwich was $12.49 alone. I do recommend this place though. Happy eating!
