Can’t really answer Any questions on the review about the food . Because no one answered at the speaker why are the lights still if you’re not gunna take orders . I get you close at 9 BUT YOU choose that job . You guess need better customer service .

Placed my order online at 7:55 and was quoted a pick up time of 8:45-8:50. I showed up to pick up my order at 8:54 and the restaurant was already closed. I saw a guy inside so I knocked on the door and told the guy I had a pick up and he said they didn’t have my order. I asked for the manager but he said he had already left. The restaurant closes at 9pm but everything was already turned off. How is it that everything is cleaned and closed down before the store is actually closed?! I need my refund. I paid $67 for my order and waited over an hour. This is completely unacceptable.

I had an extended wait time but due to them being short staffed. Everything I got was FRESH as could be and delicious. The young man working also gave me some extra chicken and a free pie due to my wait with was done without me even complaining or showing discontentment. Really wish I could’ve gotten his name because chicken express you need to keep that young man long term and give him a raise. He showed initiative and gave first class service

The dude taking orders in the drive thru told me the speaker was broken... over the speaker. He then made be order at the window. After waiting for 2 cars to order at the window it was finally my turn. I then tried to order the fish combo to be informed they are sold out. I had to wait 10 minutes to be told this because why exactly? The speaker was clearly working as was the microphone since we had a full conversation. The old staff working here was great, this crew is NOT IT.

Speaker was broken, but person at window sounded like the broken speaker. Ordered chicken but they ran out of legs and had no gizzards at 1220pm on Saturday. Also had to wait 5 minutes on a sweet tea bc they forgot to give it to me and it was not busy at all.

For some reason take out chicken has gotten pricey. It's kind of pricey here too, but it's not too bad. One of the few fried chicken places that still has corn fritters on the menu. Unfortunately their menu boards are sunfaded and hard to read. The facilities themselves are kind of rundown, though the staff try to keep everything clean. Owned by a company out of the northeastern part of the United States and seems to have very little interest in making the place look nice. That said, the staff try to do the best they can with what they have to work with.

Horrible customer service. I ordered the Tuesday special they have a sign for 2 tenders a side and a drink for $5.99 the guy charged me $7.99 for each. Like why even have a sign by the entrance promoting something you’re not going to honor.
