Been to other Chili’s all over Texas but this one’s quite good. Mostly due to our exceptional seever Dana, who was very attentive without crowding us during our meal. She anticipated our needs, based on our food preferences. Food was quick to arrive yet cooked well. Busy Friday night yet staff were efficient in cleaning & getting the tables ready for the next guests.

It wasn't the best experience at Chili's. Food was under cooked the waitress didn't take my order correctly. Then took another 30mins to cook my burger. All Employees seemed to had a problem they were all making faces.

My party was seated and sat at the table for 16 minutes with no service. I had to go to the hostess and inquire about lack of service. Hostess suggested we be moved to another table. Once we arrived at the second table, it took 6 minutes for our server to take our drink order. Chips and salsa were ordered, and the chips were stale. Our "second" server was somewhat attentive. He was almost annoyed that we moved tables. I regularly go to Chili's with my family and this experience was by far unprecedented and unacceptable. I hope this reaches corporate. I never spoke to a manager who was preoccupied with another table despite hostess conversations.

Everyone says to go to Chili's because it's cheaper than fast food now, but the quality of the food here has gone down too. They didn't season the fries at all, and I asked for a well done steak and they gave me medium. I don't mind paying more for food if it's good, I can make a better burger at home I don't even know why I go out anymore.

This Chili's has the best food of any Chili's I have eaten at! 10/10 they know what they are doing. Our server was cool and attentive and the restaurant was clean.

Chillis in general has failed, this isn’t the place I used to visit 10 years ago they have compromised on taste and quality.

I just got food poisoning from eating at this location. I ordered the Ancho Salmon and I had to run to the bathroom to throw up when I got home. My stomach was turning on the way home and now I’m feeling weak in bed. I will never be going to Chili’s again! This is completely unacceptable. What if this happened to a child or a pregnant woman?
UPDATE: I just called the restaurant manager to let him know that the fish is not safe to eat. He told me that there’s no way it was food poisoning. He literally told me I probably have the flu…..Seriously. I was perfectly fine all day and I get sick after eating here but the manager says I got sick somewhere else?! This is a joke of a business.

My fiancée tried the new Nashville mozzarella sticks 10/10 for him. I got a salad very delicious and they listened + abided by my accommodations. It was quick and the waitress was friendly. Unfortunately can’t remember her name.
