We’ve been dining at so many Chili’s restaurants across the country, but never got the issue as last night at this location. The host set us up at the table near to the party of more than 10. Server never came to our table after more than 10 minutes. We’ve tried to patiently waiting for her to take care of that table’s orders; however, after that she did not even swing by to greeting us. So, we calmly told her that we would like to move to warmer area. The bar was not so crowded, we easily got our spots. Again, we sat there, the bartender saw us settling but did not greeting us. More than 5 minutes later, still nothing! Worst thing happened when that server came to the bar and talked to the bartender about us, then she talked to another server too. We came in around 6:50pm, we left at 7:20pm, NO GREETING, NO SERVICE, NOTHING by those two worst employees of Brinker’s International.

It was my birthday and the staff was courteous and polite. Everything was fine, the waitresses was efficient and the food was brought out in a timely manner, a few mishaps but hey, mistakes happens, easily corrected. Overall, everything and everyone good at what they did.

Each time I come to this location (northwest hwy in garland) EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! Greg and Shay are the best. Gotten to know them over the years. Now, as for the Mesquite location, every time we went, the burgers were pink in the middle and so had to be sent back. Jessica said they don't serve people who just want free food. Before that day, we'd never asked for a refund, we would just wait for it to be made right. Now, we gladly travel across town just to see Shay and Greg.

I had a Togo order, I was in town staying at a hotel the server forgot the spoon and fork for my order... I called back to inform them.. basically I was told that im sorry and there's nothing we can do...Not a good look Chili's

Very Very happy with my purchase tonight. 3 for me The Big QP. Great price , Absolutely Great burger!! Seasoned correctly, really tasty. Definitely will be back for this deal! Better than every restaurant on NW highway in garland! Customer service was great also!
Everything was great except my Ribs I ordered a slab of ribs they had a great taste but was dry the loaded potatoes was great all in all I like it except the ribs were dry but I will be back.

This location was clean, our food came promptly and was not cold at all. Taste was great and fresh, and all staff were engaging and welcoming. I currently live in Dallas proper, but I will make the drive to this location just to experience again!
