I just can't express enough how delicious their Santa Fe Chicken Salad is to me! I am a major whimp when it comes to spicy food so I had them 86 the Santa Fe sauce, pico and cilantro, and I used half ranch and half balsamic vinegarette for dressing. I can't wait to get it again soon!!!

Good chilis in Garland. Avoid the one off northwest hwy. This one is way better
Service was good,but the cooks do not know the difference between medium well and well done on a ribeye steak.My order came well done (dry) tough to chew on.I was told the manager would be by to see us so we could show him/her but never bothered showing up. I assume this is normal practice at this location for a manager to not address any issues I hope I'm wrong to be honest

Food wasn’t very good. Items were med warm. Burger wasn’t very good, GC were old and over cooked, mozzarella sticks were gooey and over cooked. New ff were incredibly salty and cooked in old oil. Place smelled of burning oil.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options were limited. Ended up having Mozzarella sticks and ff. Drink were pretty weak.

The manager, Desiree was very rude and unhelpful. We order from Chili's all the time at work, but we never will again. Placed an order for pick up, they took the money for it, but says they never received the order. We showed the manager the confirmation email and text, and she says "well on my end it shows we refunded you." I still have no refund. So, I paid almost $50 for no food and a bad attitude from Desiree.

Overall extremely disappointing service. I don't normally enjoy leaving these types of reviews as I worked in the food industry for a long time.
We waited 20 minutes for a beer when the bar area was pretty empty. We received our apps fairly quick and they were good however we weren't asked to put in our food until 30 minutes after we arrived. Then didn't get our food until another 30 minutes after that.
Once the food finally arrived, my girlfriends salad was super soggy and stale while my broccoli was removed while they heated up more because "it was cold".
Our server never brought our stuff (drinks, apps, entres), it was always a different employee and no one ever checked in on us to see how we were doing or if we wanted more drinks, etc.
This all happened while a majority of the employees just messed around behind the bar.
Overall, incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed.
I went back today to order the Smash burger again, and it was a fail. I asked for no pickles and I still got pickles. There’s hardly no thousand island dressing on the burger as well. Cold fries even though I picked the order up 1 minute after getting the text to pick it up. Simple instructions! Thanks for ruining my dinner, I appreciate that!!!!!

Hubby and I were hungry and decided on chili's it was ok the food was good the service wasn't that great the girl was just blah I like my waitress or waiter to have some type of life in them..So while we were waiting on our food there must been a young lady I guess that worked there but was off and went to a concert. She was so loud? guess she came there to drink at her job, mind you after the show.. People, if you're off from work, go somewhere else. Why would you come to the place that gave you the day off? ?♀️ She also yelled across the bar to another regular, the come to the bar and drink. I know that man was think why is she here on her day off? Then the manager, which I'm use to them (meaning managers) at least smiling to there customers or stopping by the table to check on customer service. No, this dude was lent up against the bar, asking his employee the loud one above how the concert was. Also saw this same lady walk in the kitchen in her dress. I guess that's allowed. Wow, people, you never know who is watching looking and paying attention to leadership in your workplace. We just wasn't happy what we had to listen to by the bar, so we were just visiting, but we will never come back to this chili's ever again. I'm not saying anything was wrong that either one did, so let's get that clear.I I just thought it wasn't very professional. I guess you feel a little bit different as you get older. ? Good thing the food was good, tho? Kudos to the Chef?
