I will re- review. I do have high hopes because I like the food. Not the customer service and rice and egg rolls missing. Trying a go right now, fingers crossed. Manager only argued for 1.25. Seriously? I might have to find a new American Chinese favorite having to pay $10+ in fees to get it to me. So jury is out ATM. Customer service can ruin it all. It is really great when they get it right.. I’ll be back after tonight’s order!!

I recently tried China City Restaurant for the first time, and it was... fine. The food was decent, and the portion size was generous, which I always appreciate. However, the wontons left much to be desired for me. It wasn't a bad experience by any means, just not particularly memorable. Given its reputation, I'm willing to give it another shot to see if a different dish or a less busy time might hit the mark.

The Kung Pao chicken was some of the best I've had. I was expecting an average version and I received a notably good, excellent dish.
The man who took my order was friendly but very to the point. I ordered egg rolls to go. They were hot and fresh and very good.

I always order delivery from there and it always comes neatly packed in the bag. There’s never items missing everything I order I get down to the sauce packets. The food is always fresh and cooked perfectly. My favorite Chinese restaurant by far in whole DFW area!

I ordered a sushi bento box and received my order over an hour late! On top of that they put wasabi under each piece of sushi! In the picture you can see below how much they put there. My daughter was unable to eat due to how spicy it was! When we called they were consistently refusing to transfer us to their manager. When we finally got to the manager he tried to say they have always done this and so does every restaurant but no other place puts that big of an amount! Every place I have been to never puts wasabi in the sushi but on the side as normal. He refused to apologize or refund us for the meal itself. He was very rude and inconsiderate. We will never again order here with that type of manager running the place.
