I ordered online and when I got home and checked the bag, we were so shocked on what the burrito looked like. I have very small hands and it was smaller than my hand. This is very unacceptable, especially for the price of Chipotle. I’m so disappointed in this because I’m a regular customer.

This location apparently added too much chicken to my bowl, so she started handpicking chicken out of the bowl. Yes, she had gloves on. I'm sure she had them on for some time. I personally watched her prepare several bowls with them prior to picking through my bowl to remove the chicken.

This is literally the WORST CHIPOTLE ON THE PLANET! Food is never fresh or even semi-warm! Me and my daughter legit had stomach aches last time we ate here! Tonight I had a friend get me a bowl since she was stopping at Chipotle it sounded really good…I got my bowl nothing is fresh and it’s disgusting, not even edible so I told her you must’ve gone to the Firewheel location to which she responded yes! Don’t waste your money here I promise they don’t give a rats ass what they serve their customers!! And to the manager/employees here you guys are tainting the reputation of this restaurant chain and should honestly be shut down for the poor/non existent quality of food your serving people!! Shame on y’all!!

Went in to get a bowl. It was 9:30, they close at 11 no steak no carnitas I got the last of brisket and the last bit of lettuce, barely enough for my bowl. The restaurant looked terrible the forks and napkins where put on a small table. The area where you normally get your utensils and drinks was empty. No chips available. Not a good experience would not recommend going for late food run.

I walked in at 10:03 PM. They close at 11pm and they only had white rice and beans left and maybe a spoon full of steak. They’re not going to cook anything or make anything and they’re cleaning up and dismantling service for the night. Change your hours to 10 that is embarrassing for a company. Team member was nice but no service.
